Dairy Queen

03/03/24 - The customer service at this location is hit or miss but the food quality has always been good. We eat here at least once a week and the burgers are hot and fresh. The chicken strips are great with country gravy. Better pricing than other fast food and of course DQ ice cream!

My wife is not a fan of fast food places. Our friends love Dairy Queen restaurants so they wanted her to try them.

Well, the mission was not a success. She ordered a shake, and it was not very good. It was very liquidy. Even our friends blizzards were not good. The staff member did not turn them upside down before giving it to them as would usually be the case. If they had turned those blizzards upside down, then everything would have fallen out. Very disappointing experience for my wife and our friends.

I was the only one who ended up with something tasty. My strawberry sundae was good. The young man who assisted my wife and I was terrific. The woman who assisted our friends was awful.

Overall, it was a two star experience.

If I can rate this store zero, I would. The attitude of the lady with wrist tattoo was unfriendly. The hot fudge sundae I bought was already melting when I received it and it had very small amount of hot fudge. I wish I took photo of it so I have a proof of how small the sundae was. When I nicely asked if I can have extra sundae, the lady with the tattoo had an attitude before she gave it to me. It's unfortunate because the other staff seemed nice. My husbands blizzard was so melted when he got it that if they turned it upside down like they were supposed to, it would have splattered on the floor. If you can avoid this place at all cost, please do.

This is probably the worst Dairy Queen location that I've ever been to! We ordered six items two small Hartford Sundays two small chocolate dipped cones a mini thin mint blizzard and a peanut butter/hot fudge Sunday. They were rude on the drive-through speaker then when we got up to the window to pay the lady didn't say a word just grab my card for me and slam the window. I noticed they grab a premade dip cone from a refrigerator and hand me one of those although I didn't say anything I just let it go it's pretty bad when they can't quickly make a fresh dipped cone for an order. Then after giving me everything except for the two hot fudge sundaes the guy says have a good night and slams the window again. I knock on the window and say hey we're still missing two Sundays he says what I said two small Sundays with extra hot fudge he doesn't say a word slams the window goes away then comes back hands me the two small hot fudge sundaes doesn't say a word again and slams the window again.

The worst service I've had from a Dairy Queen probably ever. Save your money and go somewhere else who knows what they did to the food. If I could give you zero stars I would they need to shut this place down and start over.

The food is great and the people are friendly. :)
Dairy Queen is a wonderful treat every time.

This place is filthy. Person taking order was new. No one to assist him. Forget the bathroom.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I came here. I just figured Dairy Queen was safe. The employee was new and didn't know how to order my Mushroom Swiss burger meal. He kept asking me what number it was, but it isn't a number listed on the board. It took forever to get my food. It was cold and my Mushroom Swiss burger had lettuce, mayo and Swiss - no Mushrooms! WHAT??? The fries were old. Nothing was handled properly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! TERRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE

This has to be the worst DQ I've ever been to in my life. Six people standing around looking at each other while nothing gets done. I think the universe is telling me I need to stop coming to the chain.

Let the story begin. I order my food, wait about 20 minutes. I see the car in front of me has to pull away from the window up to the front, I pull up to the window. They ask me if I had ordered what I had ordered, I said yes, they told me the price, I payed on card. She then says "we charged you for the wrong order" I say "that sucks" she looks around at the 20 other girls working there and one says "just give him his food". Oh we're not done yet. I have to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes while they get my food out to me, meanwhile the manager is outside talking to the truck that pulled forward for the same amount of time that I am waiting for my order. While I receive my food one piece at a time I look in and see the girls standing in a circle around my chicken strips. WTF! Finally after 10 more minutes I get my chicken strips and drive off. I still eat here tho cause it's the only choice I have.

Took my family out for a treat this evening but got nothing but an awful attitude. After receiving two extremely soupy blizzards, my husband brought it to the window server's attention. She said, "That's how it always is when you add the stuff" I'm guessing she's not aware of how blizzards work, regardless of ingredients, you can turn them upside down. She proceeded to argue with us before finally taking the blizzard back and making it again. She was obviously not happy. I also had her remake the second blizzard. She handed it back with a brief "sorry." If there was a problem with the restaurant's equipment, a simple explanation would have been okay. I'd even be fine with an apology for making it wrong. Instead the employee chose to argue with us about an item we regularly purchase from the very same establishment. We will never come back.
