Dairy Queen Ltd Brazier

This dairy Queen location says it closes at 9:00 p.m. but when you arrive they say they close at 10:00 p.m. depending on how busy it is which it always appears that it's really busy lol

They really isn't a line It kind of forms a semicircle and people pretty much walk up to one of the three registers when one of the staff say if they can help you or not. I love how slightly unorganized it is yet the ice cream always comes out good.

Usually my daughter orders the chocolate scoop but she was feeling dangerous today in ordered some vanilla lol Love vanilla is my personal fave so I'm glad she's taking after me lol

I ordered a cake online to be ready at 2pm. I called to confirm before coming and to check if a personal message can be written on it. The employee who answered the phone said they could but not until 4pm. So Ok, got in line at 4pm. Cake was ready but cake looks plain as heck. The person who could write on the cake was not there. No time to complain since folks are waiting for me to get this birthday cake home for a party. While in the car, my daughter goes, "I feel like something is missing on this cake". I looked at the advertised photo and sure is missing brownies on top...
Never again... I should get a refund

This DQ used to be good but apparently not anymore with the new manager if that's what she actually is. She was the rudest person I've encountered at any business in Delco other than Walmart. She obviously had an attitude, slowly came to window, no eye contact, grumpy look, turned around looked at her watch, walked away without anything else to do, finally came back but failed to greet, smile, or make eye contact. After I ordered I asked if they did military discount, which they have for the 15 years I've gone there. She looked stumped and said she didn't think so. I asked her to ask the employee in the back and she said that that person doesn't know. Took a long time to make the blizzards and paused mid way to clean something. Then proceeded to finish making the blizzards with cleaning suds all over her hands. Gave us the blizzards without saying anything. Last time we go to DH DQ

The banana split that I had here was one of my all time favorite highlights during covid. I am grateful that this location is not closer to me or I would be tempted to go too often. Service was very friendly and efficient. Bravo.

We were kept waiting in the queue almost 10 minutes for reciept paper. You guys are better than this.
Not happy AT ALL!

Upper Darby Dairy Queen is the best one ever. I absolutely love them and the owners are so friendly and the workers too. I'm never disappointed. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am so grateful too that there open all year I've been to other DQ and there's no comparison.

Why does this place suck so bad? Standing in line without recognition by staff while they cleaned. Such poor customer service. I suppose it is ok when you close to the only game in town.

I've gone to this location a handful of times and never an issue until recently. My last visit I decided to order a pineapple sundae (first time I've ordered a sundae from DQ) It was awful. Instead of using crushed pineapple mine had tidbits. I thought it was weird but after the first bite I knew I made a mistake to order the sundae. The pineapple also had a strange taste...maybe canned and sat on the shelf too long. Inedible

First came here in late 60s . Then it was a stop at lunchtime in HS in the late 70s and in the rollicking 80s.
Everything is the same except it has a much needed facelift and the signage is bright.
Still manned by high school kids like it has been the last 50 years.
Still good ice cream or Mr. Misty type drinks.
Same corner for at approx 50 years.
Worth a stop

I'm not sure if it's possible but could someone address the issues with the soft serve machine (maybe the owner)? Stopped by last evening for a cone and the soft serve was barely able to stand on the cone. It was a sloppy mess. I don't know if it's a temperature issue with the machine but it's super disappointing to pay formal almost melted ice cream cone :(((( and this seems to be an ongoing problem at this location.
