CVS Pharmacy

If I could give a zero star I would. If one is in need of being treated with 0.0 respect and dignity bring your prescriptions to this CVS. I am heading for the hills and never returning in spite of the convenient location. Quite frankly I rather walk to a Pharmacy in Alaska than subject myself to the poor customer service.

Honestly wish I could give zero stars. I've visited this location a few times but after tonight...I am done with it. I went in to purchase a bottle of water and was shocked with the state of their refrigerators! There was SO MUCH MOLD, omg!! Check out these photos. This has to be a health hazard.

#1) I just found out you can purchase worcester yellow bags at Value Mart on Hamilton St. and better prices on last minute food items.
CVS NO LONGER SELLS WORC CITY TRASH BAGS! This is a HUGE inconvenience! Long term faithful customers who live in the neighborhood deserve more from a store like cvs - and we all know the ONLY reason they stopped this service to OUR CITY is because CVS doesn't profit from this service. What a knucklehead short sighted move that was for this company.

#2) Oh, and here's this: mayonnaise is now $9.99 a jar.

#3) You won't find milk, bread or eggs after 3 pm.

As a New England native I can honestly say I have LOTS of experience at multiple CVS locations but have NEVER seen such poor customer service. This location is extremely short staffed and the franchise owner should be ashamed. No one should have to wait in a line longer than 5 people to receive their prescriptions, especially the elderly and the sick. I'm probably the 20th person in line (not sure, can't see the front of the line) and I'm getting impatient (and I'm able-bodied and not sick). This CVS needs to step up their game, quickly!

Is it just me, or does half the City of Worcester get their prescriptions here? Usually long lines from late morning until dark, although today I was able to walk right up to the counter.

Pharmacy staff is always friendly, helpful and efficient, and manage the lines as best they can. My advice, come as early as you can to avoid getting stuck waiting.

Open 24 hours which is a plus. Have most of what you need. Front of store helpful as well. Parking lot getting old though, could use a repaving job.

By far the worst pharmacy i been to my whole life! The store itself smells like urine. The pharmacy line is so long with people cutting you. They had me waiting with my two year old for an hour to tell me that they didnt have my insurence info. I called wenesday and they told me it had to be ordered and will be there thursday. I came in friday night and they tell me ths they dont have anything for me! They tell me to go to the drop off after waiting in line for 20 mins. I tell the lady what im here for. She tells me my insurence wont go through. I tell well im active which by the way i work for my health insurence company. Then she tells me its $100 copy when i know my max is $50. I left to walgreens. These clowns so called pharmacy techs, dont know a shit about their job.

The line is always out the door. Really there is no defined line, it's sort of a mass of disorganized people waiting for their prescriptions. They never have enough people working the counter - and the people they do have are, 9 times out of 10, completely miserable and rude and overall unhappy to be dealing with you at all. The entire scene is disorganized and chaotic! After having gone there many times with the same situation - I found a new pharmacy.

Oh also, the store itself is typically the same. Very slow moving lines, not enough cashiers, miserable clerks and poor customer service. Not to mention it's a shady neighborhood and there are always creepy people hanging around right outside the door doing things unknown.

I have had a script sent yesterday still not ready it is 5:45 pm in addition the coupon machine never works and I have called to change my address several times ...a lot but they continue to send mailers to the wrong address my script was faxed at 10 am tuesday

This place is a joke! The pharmacy service is so bad. Not a single person that works there knows what they're doing. Go to wallgreens and spare yourself the stress!

The 3 stars is for the pharmacy on non busy days. They keep up well, but need to manage the lines better when people try to go in front of you, and not wait in it like normal people. I have a mouth and use it but.. with some scum in this city, i don't take it to their level. Anyways, I hate the self checkouts their... because one day i had to get the manager myself for help, because it screwed itself up, with just one coupon. I went to the pharmacy, who paged the guy. I wont have to go here anymore, because im moving, so its all good now.
