Sandra is a terrible cashier. She lied and says they don't have store credit card for a refund. She also didn't know how to use the cash register to process a return. She called the manager and he was nice enough to do everything for me correctly. She had attitude the entire time helping me. I was trying to make things easier for her but she kept shutting me down and was extremely rude. I've never encountered such a cashier with such bad attitude before. I'll never come back to this cvs.

Customer service is always excellent. I appreciate that the store shelves are fully stocked and the store is always clean.

I was using the CVS Anaheim
Hills location for a really long time then decided to switch to the norco pharmacy a couple years after I moved here. As with every other cvs I've dealt with they will make a like out of one person, treat you as an interruption - rarely even make eye co tact with you and don't even bother hiding their all rent dislike off customers and likely their job. This particular cvs doesn't seem to stock much medication to boot, so everything is a 'special order'
I ended up switching back to the original cvs simply for this reason , but have notified my dr that I'm switching to another company altogether . I don't get how a company that is so bad to its customers is still on business. I'm guessing it's at least in part to the tremendous markup on medications providing them with huge profit margins and the aging of the populous bringing in more new customers than they're losing.

Management needs to do a better job staffing the store. I had to make a return but decided to do it some other day at a cvs with better service. This is because there was no one at the front to help us. There was only one employee stocking the shelves; she didn't even acknowledge us or say hello. She glanced at us when we were in the same aisle as her. Weird and awkward experience. Will avoid going to this location.

The pharmacist always looks at me like I'm rude for walking up to the drop off. Doesn't say hello , or how he can help me . Also I don't know if it's like a personal/political preference of this location but they never have Covid tests . Just wish they would be more welcoming. Feels like they want nothing to do with me . I wouldn't get your meds here to be honest if your gonna want to ask questions.

Female pharmacy tech with long curly brunette hair doesn't listen, has a snarky attitude and is not someone who should be dealing with customers. If this is the only location you can grab prescriptions from be prepared for this tech because she knows how to get a day started.

All the reasons this place holds a proud 3 star rating. They have no clue what they are doing. They charge you for garbage and don't rectify the issue and tell me to take it up with the government for not having the proper stuff. This was my 2nd issue with this location over the same thing. Done! Done! Done! Shame on the pharmacist here

We went in to try to get our COVID booster the lady in the pharmacy was extremely rude. She said we would have to make an appointment on line - they do not take walk ins. Mind you it was 8:30 in the morning and no one was in the store. We went to the cvs inside target on Hamner road they took us in right away. So I know it is not the policy for no walk ins she just did not want to help us! Very unprofessional

Terrible customer service.
Are there any workers at all? Everytime I call to check on stock of a specific item, they have me on hold anywhere between 12-15 minutes at a time! That's ridiculous!!! Sometimes they don't even come back to the phone and I just end up hanging up after wasting all that time on hold. It happened again today after being on hold for 12 minutes by a male worker who sounded sleepy. Should have taken his name. I hung up and called back and no one answered this time. I know for a fact, they can't be THAT busy or low on staff that they can't find someone to help me.
At least have the decency and professionalism to kindly let me know you can't help me so that I won't waste my time waiting on "no one"! Every single time I'm physically at this location, they're never busy and the workers are sometimes just standing around or walking around. Still, no excuse because you shouldn't leave any customer on hold for that long. Have some common courtesy and decency! This review is for the photo service I received on May 7, 2021. We ordered a 16x20 canvas print for my dad's funeral from another place of business and had a HORRENDOUS experience. They completely dropped the ball in so many ways and we never got what we ordered.
I frantically ordered another one from CVS here in Norco, and called to verify that they received the order. Ko (? I think that was her name) answered the phone and said she wasn't sure if they had 16x20 canvasses available but would check and call me back if there was a problem. I explained the situation and she was super empathetic. It was only 30 minutes later that I got a notification that my order was complete. She also called me personally to let me know that it was ready for pick up. I went in and got exactly what I needed. She was also my check out person and was extremely nice.
