Well, where do I start.
The pharmacy has no customer service skills, and can be rude. I have in the past gotten prescriptions filled with CVS and it either takes 1 hour at the best to fill it. Even after the Dr office had placed the order hours earlier. 9 out of 10 times they are trying to find the order and have to call the Dr's office to get it again. Most often I hear someone say "oh there it is" after they have called to get another order.
By the way, the hours are terrible.

If I could rate it any lower, I would. I dropped off a prescription at 1:30. I was told it would be 3:00 before it was ready. I returned at 7:15 PM and it was never filled. I would have understood had I gotten an apology but only attitude. If you are looking for a pleasant attitude and good customer
service, then AVOID this one in Meridian MS on North Hills Street. The design of the drive through is a mess. Ugh. Getting checked out here is ALWAYS an ordeal. Only about 1 out of 29 visits will they have a pleasant cashier. Most are unpleasant and snotty, with a real attitude about rejecting coupons and not wanting to do register price checks. As if it's my fault they cannot put up sale signs in a timely manner. I hope to never shop this store again. At least at Walmart, you know the prices up front. Too, this store almost never stocks the items they issue coupons for, such as generic Zegerid. Be smart and avoid this store.
