Ordered photos online. CVS has some great deals online. When I walked the line for check out was long. But having 2 cashiers makes the line quicker. Edgar was friendly and efficient.

I've never experienced such unprofessionalism at a CVS before. Jasmine at the front was going off to her coworker about new hires right in front of me (and many other customers) as I'm trying to pay and get out of there. Mind you, she had been loudly having a conversation with her coworker since the customer before me. I understand conversing with coworkers here and there, but a whole conversation talking bad on her peers? She also decided to close her lane as I got there so I just hopped to the next one since she'd much rather have a convo with her coworker than directing a customer.

Worst customer service!
I was asking for assistance from a male rep, and he said in a rudely tone voice that whatever was there, that's the only thing they had. He did not bother to check and walked away. When it came to paying, we kept looking around to get our items rang up, and no one was around. This review has been postponed for a long time, 2 years actually and I never was able to shake off my experiences here.
The customer service is just really bad and I was really astounded by how mean the drive-thru covid testing people are. They would get angry that I wasn't quick enough with swabbing. Another time, I came in to purchase some items during the 2020 pandemic. A cashier who assisted me proceeded to tell her beliefs about people stealing from the government rather than working like other people. She also pointed out that she had to be watchful of others who are likely to steal from the store and eyed some ethnic people coming in. I told her a few facts about the situation including myself who lost their job due to pandemic. She said that I'm not like "those" people. Pretty gross and I never came back into the store again. Officially give this location a 1 star. Edgar the Manager is extremely rude and lazy. Line was long was pages to the front and it seemed he was bothered by having to do his job and offer customer service. CVS needs to check this location and really pay attention to this Manager.

I've been to a lot of CVS stores I've even worked for their competitor and I will say this is one of the cleanest CVS store I've been to in general you can tell the manager takes pride of the store. I was a little hesitant because of area but it's like they say don't judge a book by its cover. The staff SEEM friendly I was overhearing the pharmacy workers and they seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. The front end clerk was also friendly.For the people who say the pharmacy is slow or that the service here is bad definitely has never worked pharmacy retail. All pharmacies are busy. You may not see it but they're also filling up other people's prescriptions who aren't there physically so it makes it seem slow. The front end employees are human's to there doing their best with what they got. So put your self in there shoes from time to time.

I have never felt more disrespected by the manager on duty in my life. At 3:36 pm on 11/2/2022, the manager Valentina chased after me out the front door. She was screaming from 30ft away accusing me of stealing the makeup I had just purchased at the front register. The cashier was Jocelyn and she was great. However the fact that the manager ignored the homeless man asking for money at the front door and prioritized chasing out the gay may walking out with makeup is a terrible example of leadership. Literally accused me of theft when their system offers "no receipt, and email receipt". Jocelyn, I highly recommend you transfer to a different location of that is the leadership you're under. It's 2022 and the homophobia needs to stop.

There is a young Hispanic store associate named Candy there that is beyond rude.She wears glasses,at least sometimes.She refused to ring me up even after I told her that I don't want to use self checkout.Yet she was willing to ring up other customers.Maybe it's because I don't look Mexican like her.I am however part Hispanic as well,but she acted racist against me for being the only one in the store that looked white.She refused to tell me when her boss was in and she insisted that she was doing her job,even though she wasn't.She told me to figure out how to use the coupons myself.When I frustratedly told her how rude she was being,she called me the "B" word in front of a customer.I repeated what she said in a question and she called me that again to make clear that she was indeed calling me that.I spoke to corporate,but they have told me nothing about how it would be addressed,if at all.I doubt they did anything.I have not gone back since.I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a store associate in my life.Also,there are often confrontational homeless druggies loitering in front of the store.The associates anf management allow it.One loiterer aggressively stood outside of my car window/door blocking me in asking for money before right im front of thr store.Its got dangerous loiterers and that horrible associate Candy appears to be dangerous and aggressive herself.
