Cold Stone Creamery

Parking is not super close and I don't think they take Apple Pay. That could have changed. They closed early one time I went from what the internet said. Cold stone is delish you can never go wrong, but I may have to order delivery from this location.

My coworker and I stumbled across this place. I was so excited that they now have dairy free ice cream so we went in. I have to agree with the reviews on the level of customer service. The gentleman was short and I felt rushed to pick my flavor even though there was no one else in the store. I had a small cup with 2 toppings, no cone and she had a medium with a cone and it was $22!!!! Highway robbery at those prices. I gave 3 because it's rare that I can have ice cream and it was still good.

Entered on a Monday afternoon and it was not busy at all. This location is currently not offering any samples due to safety precautions, but I always order the same thing so that was fine. I got my "Like It" coffee ice cream with brownie all on a waffle cone. My friend got her "Like It" mint ice cream with oreo cookies. The staff was quick to make our order and as always, it was delicious.

There are plenty of seating options outside throughout the Arizona Center, but it might be a little unbearable during the upcoming summer heat. Grab your treat and stay hydrated!

I've been here almost every time I'm in town staying at the AC. This isn't a drive up location but easy walk from hotel or the garage. I've found the couple who is working (and I think owns) very pleasant and friendly.

They had an amazing marshmallow flavor and I asked about a s'mores type combo creation and she stepped in and noted they had a campfire one specific for this flavor. It was delicious.

They've also always been extremely patient as I'm typically an indecisive orderer. I felt compelled to leave a review to how many poor ones I saw that haven't matched any of my experiences here.

Oh my gosh...customer service SUCKED.

He refuse to sell me a kids cup because of the way I wanted it. Then he got mad because I only bought the one.

It took me 3 times to try and explain to him what I wanted and he still didnt get it.

If you can't understand english or speak it GET OUT of customer service

Stopped by here for dessert after the sushi place next door. There were only 2 people working. They weren't that busy and we waited patiently for our turn. When it was my turn to order the guy looked at me and grabbed the utensils and stated he was going to rinse them off. It seemed rude but I ignored it. The woman who was working asked what I would like to order and I pointed to the picture of the Lucky Charm ice cream cone they had displayed on their ice cream freezer window. She started making my ice cream and I sat at a little table to watch. She was done and handed me a regular bowl of ice cream with what looked like vanilla ice cream with marshmallows in it. I advised that I wanted it in a cone like it shows in the picture. The guy who looked at me with the utensils comes back around to say - the cones are optional and you have to tell us you want it that way. I became frustrated because never having been to a Cold Stone Creamery I was not aware of the process and felt his attitude was condescending. I again asked if I can have it "exactly like the picture" please. She took my ice cream out of the bowl and scooped it into a regular waffle cone. I told them this doesn't look like the picture and the guy sarcastically says, "yeah maybe our next batch will be better". I advised him I will not be returning and even though I already had a bad taste in my mouth I still purchased it and ended up throwing most of it away. I will never come back here. I've had way better service in a Dairy Queen drive thru line.

Cold Stone was short staffed the day I went in but that didn't affect the quality of the service at all. The gentlemen that was working was a rockstar. He provided quick and friendly service. My ice cream was delicious. The location was very clean.

So I just left this place and I felt horrible because I wanted to sample their butter pecan before ordering it and they said no samples due to Covid. So... I offered to pay for a sample and instead of putting it in a cup just give it to me on a spoon. She agreed and the manager literally jumped in her case in front of me. I was so bothered by this that I told him it was because I offered to pay and how was it different than handing me a cone. He never responded to my question, I felt so bad for the girl I told her to charge me for a child come to cover her trouble. I'm so annoyed by ppls hang up over such silly things.

We may be old enough to go to conferences, but never too old to have ice cream for lunch! Small shop, and as always Cold Stone is a little pricey. My friend got the raspberry sorbet and I got the coconut mixed in with chocolate. There was a beautiful little seating area in the back where we were able to enjoy our lunch surrounded by palm trees on a warm, sunny winter afternoon

Always good from start to finish. What I like is no longer on the menu. The good thing is I remember the ingredients and it still taste the same. They no longer have a parlor in my city so it is always a treat to visit whenever I see one.
