Cinnabon

Absolutely the worst Cinnabon I've ever had. They try and upsell you with additional icing, but that because they e added so little icing in the first place. Also, there was little to none of the gooey cinnamon all Cinnabons are known for. It was like eating warm bread. I even pulled it apart to the center, hoping to find the gooey center. Nope, just dry and tasteless

My fiancé and I were doing some shopping an to my surprise he had never had a Cinnabon cinnamon roll! As we were walking by, we noticed that they were making a fresh batch and couldn't help but have to try one. We ordered the traditional cinnamon roll with icing. It came out hot and delicious! The only thing I wish it had was a little bit more icing and a little bit more sweetness. Overall though absolutely delicious!

Cinnamon roll was good but they refused to give a cup of water. Customer service was lacking

Great customer service, the food always taste fresh the cinnamon rolls taste so sweet and delicious. The strawberry shakes taste great as well

Wow. Just walked up to this place and tried to get a 4 pack to go. No body else in line. She simply told us "nope we don't have any!" Didn't get a hey we can get one for you in X amount of time or sure it will be a wait while we put one together, nothing. Just seemed to me like they were saying nope don't have any and we are not going to make any. Disappointing with how restaurants are already struggling. They wouldn't even try.

So tired of these lazy employees. They offer ice cream, but if it's any less than 2 hours before close, they always say the machine is down. Get a real job if you don't want to clean. Stay way. They need to close! Pathetic

I rarely allow myself this treat due to the incredible amount of calories but when I do...YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I honestly am hard pressed to find anything better. Nothing gets my mouth watering like a giant Cinnabon roll with the icing oozing off the sides. When I walk into Polaris Fashion Place, I can smell the scent of the Cinnabon's taunting me until I give in.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the rolls but the service at the Polaris location could use an injection of friendliness...you're working at Cinnabon for goodness sakes! How can that smell NOT make you happy!!!?

I must admit....I've never had Cinnabon.....until just a few days ago! We were walking around Polaris and was really hungry....but it was only mid-afternoon. After snacking on some Auntie Anne's pretzel sticks....that kind've helped curb my craving. UNTIL I WALKED PAST CINNABON!!!!! To my shagrin, they were pulling out some HOT.........FRESH cinnamon rolls out of the oven. The smell alone was almost enough to bring me to my knees!

At first I was gonna get just some of the prepackaged rolls to take home. But once I saw the fresh ones....I opted in for 3 of those (3 for $10 special!)

The guy working the cash register didn't speak English well....or at all, I dunno. But another employee assisted him with telling me about the 3 for $10 special. They were very friendly and polite at any rate.

So, getting down to it....I got the cinnabons home and nooked them for about 8 seconds. That first bite was sheer and utter BLISS!! I could feel my eyes roll back into my head (and could hear my waistline expanding!) But anyway, it was worth it and I don't regret it....even though they have mega calories! But it's good to treat yourself from time to time...and this is where you do it!!

Very good fresh large cinnamon rolls. You can order milk to drink. Nothing better. Great place
