Cicis Pizza

We used to have a Cici's in Kalamazoo, MI that closed probably 10-15 years ago. It was nostalgic to come back. We were so kindly welcomed by Philip and he made us feel like a kid again those years ago! He offered to make us anything special which we took apart of (pickle pizza). Food was great and the employees made the experience even better. Would recommend stopping in!!!

We went for the buffet to check it out like why not unlimited pizza for a very reasonable price and let me say we was pressed. Wasn't packed but the pizza was coming out fresh. They also have a salad bar, pasta, and desert. The staff was extremely friendly. The restaurant was very clean as well. Def will be back

Amazing family that runs this establishment. The way the treat everyone will make you want to return by itself. Not to mention their always stacked buffet. Most thoughtful and consistent Cicis I know!!

Best pizza in town. Always a fresh pie out the oven. The garlic bread is delish. Staff is so friendly! Very clean!

I've been going here for years, and it'a never lost it's magic. The food is amazing, the manager is extremely kind, too. It has an amazing and casual atmosphere, and you always know you're welcome there. Easily one of the best restaurants of all time.

the food was great. the pizzas were always being quickly replaced with fresh pies. there was a nice homey vibe. the man who greeted us was so kind.

First, it's a pizza BUFFET! Do not take these low score-reviews seriously. You get what you pay for.

The food is great. The pizza is tasty. Staff are friendly and do what they are paid to do. They are not here to improve your life - they're there to provide you very, VERY cheap pizza and clean up after you. They do their job well!

If you are expecting 5-star service, go to a high-end restaurant and quit being cheap if you're going to complain about the clearly great food and service here.

Great pizza and ultra clean...they are always cleaning the dining area. Best value in Naples. Not 13-18 dollars a pizza like these other places that have basically 2.00 in the pizza and sell it for 17.00 smh. This is the go to Pizza place in Naples especially in JB's economy. Consistent good food.

Coming into here I wasn't sure what to expect except knowing that it was a pizza buffet place. The inside is very spacious with lots of seating with a very casual ambience. As you enter you'll walk up to the register and make your purchase then go pick a seat.

The prices for the buffet were very reasonable for both adults and children. I chose the "Super Buffet" meal that included the AYCE pizza buffet, 5 wings and a 32oz refillable drink. In addition to the pizza buffet it also includes the salad bar, pasta & soup station and dessert area. If you don't see a pizza you like you're able to request a customize one to your liking.

The wings were okay, but definitely not the best I've had or the worst. The pizza was actually decent and fresh tasting and better than a lot of takeout pizza I've had in the area.

My downfalls to this experience is that it gets pretty chaotic inside with tons of kids running around and it feels like your playing bumper carts! I was ran into several times by children running a 40 yard dash to the pizza station. Secondly, I get up to have seconds and when I came back the busser cleaned off my table and someone sat at where I was sitting.

The service was good and they were very helpful. For the value and what you get, this place is excellent! This is definitely a place tailored to kids and with that said, my being run into several times is to be expected. I definitely recommend this place for children, kid parties, group events or for a super casual experience.

I love this place. The manager, who has been there forever, is the absolute BEST! Takes the most AMAZING care of all customers. The pizza is 10/10, and they will even make you your own personal pizza upon request. Freshest salads, with EVERY fixing you can imagine. Dessert is always on point, I could probably eat 3 trays of the cinnamon rolls. Also, super well priced for a buffet. Always clean, and very welcoming. LOVE LOVE LOVE this staple of Naples
