Bad customer service ..Need better management team.Everyone click together..No work being done...Just looking in space..

Went there for kids birthday. Everything was excellent, food was great and customer service was friendly. Definitely a great place for kids to have a great time

Zero stars for poor customer service.... We came into an EMPTY restaurant. One couple with a birthday girl in front of us and then us. Me and my two kids and it was my daughters birthday.... She was turning 15 and for nostalgia purposes we decided to revisit a past tome favorite..... but CLEARLY the Virginia locations have a standard that cease's to exist here.

ITS A-REASON THE PRKING LOT IS EMPTY!!!!

Wow no welcome, no thanks for coming nothing. Just some fine print mumba jumbo. As a business owner if it was a slow night i would be elated for my first few customers.

Don't expect this business to last. We been praying for them to stay open but now u get the "Father forgive them for they know not what they do" prayer from us. Answer to GOD CHUCK E CHEESE IN LARGO LOL M

Would prob not recommend there are not much games u don't get a lot of tickets from the tables where dirty and since u get like no tickets the prizes price where high.

First and foremost I would like to shout out Keith the new GM at this location for making my son's 3rd birthday an amazing event. He went above & beyond to accommodate not only my family but all the guest in the building. I reluctant to choose this location based off past reviews but Keith is new and doing an amazing job I would highly recommend this location ‼‼ we will be back, side note the pizza is AMAZING who knew. Lathan really had a ball thanks again

This place is FILTHY, the staff is rude, and the clientele smelled of marijuana!!! I think I have a contact high writing this review.

We took our niece here to have some fun time while we were visiting my mom in Maryland and we were appalled. We stay at the Chuck E. Cheese in New Jersey (particularly the ones in Wayne or Paramus) for hours. We stayed here for 45 minutes only because our niece is a fan and would have had a melt down if she didn't get tickets.

In a nutshell, don't bother. This place is not safe or healthy for the little ones.

Our first time coming to this particular location was overwhelming. It was at its full capacity, specially with COVID I wish it would've been more aware and limited people. Short staffed and no social distancing. Our food was fresh and warm. We left and came back a couple hours later to finish the minutes remaining in our bracelet bands, it was 7:30PM and there was about only 7 people. The experience at night time was much better than the overcrowded experience prior. Also;::: there needs to be more staff and a particular person cleaning up all stations and stocking the water in the waterline play stations. Cleaning bathrooms and tables. I understand this is a place for kids but parents(adults) touch the stations too, to play and share the fun with the children. So please it's a great place with potential just needs more crew. The girl attending and helping families check in etc... deserves a raise. She was helping family's check in, preparing food, making sure everyone was alright. Great job.

Horrible experience, waited an hr just to get our food. Never has this happend.
They claimed they couldn't find our number, which means they weren't looking.

Worst Chuck e. cheese ever! It's filthy. and i mean FILTHIER than you would bet expect a place like this to be.. The floor is littered with napkins straws and plates.. needless to say my child was not allowed to take his shoes off in this one.. The salad bar was the absolute worst.. the veggies looked old and nothing looked wiped down or maintained.. Most of the tickets counters didn't work leaving two for the entire place to use.. so there was a line of about 10 people adults and children trying to cash in their tickets.. I really think this place needs to be shut down.. rethought and replanned and then reopened.. chuck e. cheese is supposed to be the place a kid can be a kid not contract a disease.

So I came here for my Godbrother and Godsisters birthday party. And even on a Monday night it was packed.

Chuck E. Cheese has changed. And not for the better either. I remember growing up it had a big play pin and more games. And this one is lackluster. It's a lot of young teenagers who work here and they don't really seem to care. Most parents lack supervision skills as kids are bumping into full blown adults. This is a turn off to me. It appears that kids can now get unlimited refills on drinks ...is this new or something? The pizza quality definitely has changed. The pizza is now a thinner pan crust. When I saw it arrive...I was just like nahhh...I'm good!

I actually saw a worker deliver a pizza to a table with no one sitting down. The pizza could've gotten eaten by strangers or it could've gotten cold. That's just not good customer service. This place seems to be more of a teenager hangout spot than for little kids.

I didn't like the fact that now Chuck E. makes it rain on kids by throwing tickets in the air. It can seriously cause a major accident to happen. I just found that distasteful.


Overall, I wouldn't come back! No point and it's a waste of money. You're better off going to D&B.
