Carl's Jr

This Carl's Jr isn't in the best area of town. However, it is convenient for me when I don't want McDonald's, Robertitos or Don Tacha for lunch. There is never a line in the drive through during lunch. They don't take long. They never pull me over to park me. Bombastic side eye to McDonald's on divisadero. FYI, you can tell them you are not parking and they can't make you. The cashiers at the window are always nice. They never mess up my order and they are never stingy with my sauces. I never go inside because I only go during my lunch hour. Food is always piping hot too and good. Love their famous stars and jalapeno poppers.

It's open till midnight!!!! Food is fresh and hot!!!! Service is great, and great staff! The area is clean and great!

0 service was right but the fucking food was raw. The drinks tasted like shit I will not be coming back here. I don't recommend, hope this Carl's Jr gets closed.

On Tuesday I was in the Area and decided to go through the Drive-thru @ 12:15 there was a small line, when I got to menu board I was asked to wait. They cleared all the cars ahead of me out....no response after 8 minutes there was a line of people behind me who started blowing horns...I pulled up to window...the older lady said "Sorry there is only two people working and we are are busy" I said I changed my mind about ordering...the response was from lady was "I have too" and shut window in my face. Sad to see how it's declined......though the vagrants are pretty aggressive by knocking on windows and causing drama around there.

If I could give negative stars I would.. this Carla jr is a joke! They have over charged me 2 out of the 3 times I've been there.. our food usually is wrong or a item is missing.. avoid like the plague!!!

Only giving one star because am not given a choice to give 0 stars ever since the McDonald's closed for remodel next door I don't think they could work under pressure of 4 cars they had to park us all and wait just to keep their times clear and not have us waiting not even for the simplest orders that I see them bringing out

Git rid of these bums if u want to stay n business! This is a "restaurant with attitude"! The Bitch (5 Feb 2018, 0930hrs) that took order for a Large Coke was not only curt, but rude! She had to b told to hand me a CUP! The Customer does not need to hear & see a "personal" problem between her & Mgr! They also allow toooo many Vagrants inside! Costing this restaurant business! Avoid this place until CJ kleenz house!

horrible. my friend got food poisoning. the girl rolled her eyes when i asked for sauce.

So far everything's decent. The customer service it's great. The food is exactly what I ordered. Inside is pretty clean during the day but you can tell things are falling apart. Overall, not to bad.

just came back from there and YUCK, I always wanted to try there biscuits and gravy and yucky as heck. the biscuits were hard to break apart are they pre-made and put in an oven. the gravy was too thick. I also purchased the tater tots with it and yuck they were stuck togther. what the _ _ L L is going on there.
will not be going back here for the biscuits and gravy going to stay with the Mc Donalds biscuits and gravy all from this point on.
