Caffe Nero

Good service, good vibes. This was my first time in a caffe Nero and it was pretty good! I had the lentil soup and I liked the flavor but I'm not sure if the lentils were cooked to my liking. I will be returning because overall I really liked it!

Everyone is always very kind and welcoming. Lots of space to plop and get some work done with the mellow music in the background. Love grabbing coffee and studying here

What an awesome spot! The ambiance was really nice, with lots of spots and outlets to get work done. The vegan elderberry tart was also amazing!!! They have a loyalty deal where after 10 drinks your next one is free. The drinks were also very good and reasonably priced!

The three stars here are completely for the study space. Love the historic feel of the coffee shop and the mahogany, wooden tables! Does have outlets for you to study.

The latte was not anything special, actually couldn't taste any notes - but very sweet/upbeat staff and loved that she was so patient to give recs.

Terrific coffee / sandwich shop / bakery located in Brookline.

The coffee here is fantastic. They have this tahini latte with black sesame seeds that is simply wonderful and like nothing I've ever tasted before. it's not something I would want every time, but just wow.

Sandwiches are tasty and the bakery items are always delicious.

My iced vanilla latte happened to taste more like milk than coffee so I was slightly disappointed however the ham and cheese croissant and chocolate espresso muffin were divine and made up for the coffee. We also had a mocha which was good but not amazing.

The coffee place is very clean, awesome decor. Employees are very nice and helpful.
They have trays and trays of different yummy pastries and sandwiches.
Bought a bag of whole coffee beans since we like the coffee.
I will definitely come back again for more coffee!

I love this place! It is warm and welcoming, with plenty of seating. Also plenty of outlets in case you have brought your comouter. The service is really nice, too.

On 4/20, my boyfriend and I came in to grab some coffee. We had one person in line in front of us. The manager came to take our order and initially forgot everything we ordered (which is normally fine but connected to everything else it's worth noting). He went off to heat our two sandwiches and make our two lattes but he was called back to the register 2 times due to a refund and button issues. Due to this, we ended up waiting about 20 minutes and allowing 4 people to go in front of us to pay.

On top of it, I should mention that there was only three people working (one manager, one barista, and one person in training). This might help to explain why the three 4 person seating arrangements were occupied by 1 person in two and 2 people for one. One male actually had the nerve to get up from the four person table and go for a smoke, leaving the area unattended for 10 minutes just occupied by his belongings.

Unfortunately, these occurrences are the norm and should be expected when visiting one of these shops. A normal experience is usually a pleasant surprise. I think it's important to ensure that there is a smooth transition from receiving a drink to sitting down to leaving...
