When you order your food and only want a water cause you dont drink soda and they want to charge you $3 for said water cause they dont give you free water even though every restaurant in the nation will give you free water means that will be my last time in this restaurant,treating paying customers like that is the first step to a restaurant closing.Ive lived in the area for almost 8 years now and it's probably my second time in there,I always drive by it and the place looks closed everytime,now I see why it is!!!Also dont bring your kids here,they appear to have the kids play area closed off with what appeared to be black garbage bags on the windows blocking the view to the play area,place is an absolute disaster!!

Management needs to hire more employees to work instead of being cheap and trying to save in costs. The one or two employees are doing everything by themselves! Do better :(

What is wrong with this brand!!! Never ever can you get good service. Pull up in the drive through 7 pm Friday and no service. It's like why are they even open. As a kid loved the whopper but just can't get one these days. So disappointing.

30 minutes just to get chicken wraps and mozzarella sticks freaking ridiculous. Employees taking their time management or someone needs to get involved to get more employees or something in there because I'll never be going there again. No wonder they have a McDonald's next-door.

Actually not the worst bk location in orlando, but you can't say they're not trying to sink to be the lowest!

I was hesitant to go here given the low review rating. However, I was craving a whopper and decided to roll the dice. I went through the drive-through and service was very fast. I'd give my whopper meal with onion rings a solid four stars. Were there things that could've been a little better, yes. For example, I had what appeared to be a piece of lettuce core chunk in with the lettuce. But it was a typical drive through fast food burger. My only real negative comment was my Coke was about an inch short of a full fill up to the top of the lid which in my opinion should've never gone out the window that way. In summary, I'd say my meal and expectations were consistent with what I would expect from a fast food drive-through restaurant, given the current state of the food service industry. I'd rank my experience today as a solid four stars. I am giving a five star ranking to boost up the average rank of one and a half stars, which in my opinion is not the current state of this particular restaurant.

Undeniably the worst fast food restaurant of any kind, ever. Surly service, filthy interior, random closures of the doors....the list is endless. I try this location every 7-8 months on average to see if management has changed and service has improved. Nope. There's a reason this location's parking lot is consistently empty. A truly disgusting place.

Really bad service. Woman named Karen(very fitting) didn't take our coupon and when we confronted her she lied about it.

For such a bold and egotistical name, this place has some of the worst burgers on the face of this earth. If you enjoy having chili (hold the chunks) come thundering through your taint at uncontrollable speeds, burger king can serve up some of this diarrhea just for you. The buns, if you can really call them that, were stale and paper thin. It looked like the workers had a boxing match the burger to be quite honest. As I took my first bite praying to the burger gods to be blessed with pickles, a flood of bland nothingness entered my mouth. Not even an ounce of ketchup was carelessly flung onto this sad "burger". I am utterly disappointed and disgusting by my experience and the diarrhea I have received from this.

Inside was clean and staff was friendly. Sure it's going to take a few extra minutes as they are short staffed, but that seems to be the new reality. Be patient and I'm sure you'll have a good experience.
