My wife asked me to bring home some BK burgers. So, I pulled into the empty parking lot (as it usually is when I stop there). I usually go through the drive thru lane, but I had a bit of time to kill before heading back home and I needed to use the restroom. So I thought I'd run in, use the restroom, and then pull through the drive thru when I was ready to order. After I came out of the restroom, an employee who I assume was the shift manager was holding the inner door open for me. I thought she was being polite. So I said "thank you" which was met with a snarky "mmm-hmm". The outer door was locked which was apparently done to make a point. She told me that I couldn't come in there and use the restroom without buying anything. To which I apologized and told her my plan. She then told me that there's a big difference between ordering inside and ordering through the drive thru (not sure what that difference would be: prices are still high, wait still exists, and the customer service is comparably bad, either way). So, to avoid causing some major incident, I shook my head and ordered inside. No acknowledgement. No apology. No "oh, ok." Then she ordered the cashier to lock the door behind me.
How ridiculous and pathetic! When is the last time you went to McDonald's and they had an employee checking receipts outside the restrooms? This experience is one of the many examples of why Burger Kings are like a haunted house while the drive thru line wraps around the building at McDonald's. This is a big part of why McDonald's revenues are typically 10x that of BK. It's the difference between kicking butt and taking names in business and struggling to stay relevant.

I went here to purchase food found a very long strand of hair in my sandwich, called spoke with John who advised bring it back when I returned he denied my refund and advise he couldn't take the drink back I had and ate the fries, I advised I run a kitchen and he was being ridiculous and he began to walk away and told me to bye he's not dealing with me I then threw my drink on the floor out of anger I must say because I couldn't believe how I was treated he then came outside chasing my car calling me nigger and bitches as I pulled away I can't believe anyone would be allow to treat the public this way and still have a job as no one there had on a hair net I didn't want a remake I wanted my money I drove 30 mins back so it was more principle for me I really feel they need to be looked into as their staff is rude and disrespectful!

I have never had such an awful experience at a restaurant. OMG! We went in and asked for the whopper Jr deal posted right on the wall behind the register. It's also all over tv. The cashier said it was no longer available or cost a dollar more. So we said how about the deal posted right next to it and he said no that one is over also. I said how can you do that? I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager.i believed him because he was in a different shirt than the rest there. His badge said his name was Braxton I was very upset and told him so. He said he didn't care and that was obvious. I'm no Karen. I treat people good. So why?
We left and as we got in our car this manager came out the back door. He yelled "Go home and have a heart attack you old f*ckers!"
We called customer service 3 times and they didn't care. They took information and said we would get a call back. First a manager from the wrong store called us. Then they said it would take 3 to 5 days for a response. Weeks passed. Third time they said they would "rush our complaint upstairs". They seem to have promoted some hot headed joker who shouldn't be working with the public. This past Sunday, my wife and I went to the Burger King located in Sterling Heights near the Mound and M-59 intersection (Walmart Shopping Center) and ordered a couple of Whoppers with cheese and sack of onion rings with Zesty Sauce. What really made our visit was they weren't playing the propaganda from False News like most BK's do. In my opinion, all restaurants and businesses should be neutral and not broadcast any biased TV or radio stations.

My fries were cold. Never fresh and we ordered three different whopper jr sandwiches and it was so much mayo on it I had to wipe it off and it was still a lot on it. I couldn't finish my sandwich.

What a nice surprise! We went through the drive-thru. Hot and fresh. The french fries were delicious! The staff was so pleasant. We're definitely going to put this place on our "to go to" list.

Who ever owns this franchise needs to look into getting new management. I can't count how many times I've pulled up to drive-thru only to have the voice say they were closed during normal hours and this place is supposed to be open 24 hours. System has been down twice and the grill another time. Plus other stupid reasons I can't remember. I can't review the food because they are always closed!

The only reason I'm giving it a 3 out of 5 Stars it's because they took longer then needed to make and bring the food ( take in consideration that there was no cars infront of me) and when we got the window she was rushing US for no reason when we just got up to the window. The food also wasn't good honestly, it tasted funny and wasn't fresh. So in my experience I wouldn't recommend this Burger King!

Not impressed with the customer service or the food. I said thank you after getting my change and nothing. Same thing after I got my food at the next window. What ever happened to thanking your customers, or at least saying your welcome after someone else thanks you? Food was cold and sprite was tinted pink. Don't eat here it's not worth it.
