Had to wait over 10 minutes for a small order (two breakfast sandwiches and hash browns). Come to find out, by the people who placed the order themselves, that there was a $60 order placed right before I came in. No apologies from staff about the wait. They were the only ones in the restaurant and the drive-thru wasn't very busy. Customer service is non existent at this location, have had multiple issues, including missing items that I had to pay extra for.

I'd give this BK zero stars if I could. The culture here from the top down is terrible like much of their food. I sent my son up to the counter to order some onion rings, because I forgot to order onion rings instead of fry's on accident and their fry's are gross. Because my son didn't give them his coupon code before ordering the manager belittled him and told him she wouldn't take his order next time if he didn't present the coupon prior to ordering. Meanwhile there's absolutely no signage in the store or on their coupons that says customers must present coupons prior to ordering. They've done this to me before too and I cancelled my entire order and left, and I encourage everyone else to do the same when they pull this BS.

I drove home and realized they messed up my order and gave me sausage (which I don't eat), so I returned to the store to get my order corrected. I could not go inside because the doors were locked, so I went thru the drive thru to get the mistake corrected. Instead of replacing my order as most reputable places would do, they offered me bacon to put on my sandwich which I said no, because I didn't want to eat cold food by the time I got back home for the second time. They refused to remake my order, so I asked them to just refund my money at the window. The girl tells me to give her my food, which I did, and she hands $5 back and closes the sliding window on me and walks off when I said I wanted a full refund, saying I ate some of the food, which I didn't eat $3.69 worth of anything I ate one French toast stick on the way home and she threw the remaining food in the garbage. I waited for her to return so I could get my receipt and speak to a manager, but when she finally returned after several minutes she tells me there's no manager and tells me to leave or she's calling the cops and again slams the window on me and comes outside and takes a picture of my vehicle. I attempted to call the store to speak to someone and there was no answer. I then attempted to call BK corporate and again they didn't answer. Such a terrible experience and customer service I will never again eat at BK. You shouldn't either.
Apr 1, 2021Previous reviewEvery time I come here I'm disappointed. They must store there bread out in the open because every time I get a hamburger the bread is hard and stale. The last time I ordered a chicken fry with a coupon for chicken fry's they gave me chicken nuggets. I never have these problems at McDonalds. That's my sign.

Myself and My Veteran husband stopped into this Burger King after a long day of moving ... We ordered our food and was treated the best we ever been treated at any fast food restaurant..
My husband proceeded to ask the employee if they did a Veteran discount and this employee by the name of Elizabeth came back with our order and never charged us she said our order was on her because he served in the United States Army ...
She Absolutely made his night and mine...

The food was terrible the service really sucked the lady there was really rude when I asked her how come the French fry large pack wasn't full and she told me all the french fries were at the bottom and when I got home there was nothing I'm not going to pay $3.89 again for a small fry Burger King's ridiculous they're fish sandwich taste like shit

This place is disgusting inside I usually go drive thru when I do order Burger King, and on the occasion I go it's usually at the Keizer location. I took my toddler inside and ordered a kids meal, and a chicken fries meal. The fries and chicken were cold. The inside is badly lit, very dark and awkward lighting inside. The play area was awfully dirty. I'm not a huge fan of play places anyways but if you are going to have them they should be maintained. I was too afraid of letting my son play in it after seeing trash sitting on the top.
Just overall not well maintained, especially seeing that we were the only ones in the building aside from another customer using his laptop in the main seating.

Like wow! What a crappy experience tonight! Most of my cheeseburger was missing it's patty! Fries were old and most of our food was cold! I waited almost 10 mins in drive thru for this food and what a disappointment! This location has really gone down hill in the past year! It's always so dirty inside I don't even let me kids play here anymore so drive thru it was and now I'm afraid I will be sick after eating tonight! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I live close by but will definitely be going else where!

Came in here to eat. Paid good money. Large family ordered. Got here at 7:45pm. Was told the dinning room closed at 8:00pm. Online it say 11:00pm. My food was out in. A bag. Family that ordered in front of me got their food on a tray. People that ordered after me got food on a tray. I was basically told to take my food and leave. What kind of crap is that? Thanks Burger King!!!

Do not go to Burger King while COVID-19 is going on because their burgers are really dry, they don't care about the food. They're letting their burgers sit for hours on end not happy about this it happened today on March 29, 2020

I tried the new Farmhouse Whopper and the Chicken Cordon Bleu! The wait time in the drive thru was almost none at all and the food was still nice and hot by the time I arrived home to try them out. I must say it's a little weird having an egg on a Whopper but it was delicious. While the Chicken Cordon Bleu's signature sauce left a lasting impression!

The food was hot and quick. Just disappointed the order was incorrect. I'll come back and try the Rodeo King another day.
