Burger King

I'm very surprised at the number of poor reviews on here. I came in at 1130AM on a Tuesday. This is a very busy location that needs more staff.

However, the staff here are really professional and working as quickly as possible. I ordered 2 whoppers, large fries, onion rings, and an ice coffee. The food came out fresh and hot. No soggy fries. The store was clean and had some nice Valentines day decorations too.

Overall, it took about 5-10minutes for me to get my order. Food was hot and crispy. This location has very attentive employees who were very courteous-- great customer service.

The service look like not happy to take our order and i order the 8pc nuggets never get it even last time

The workers said they were closed when it says their open online and on their website

Our burgers were cold. This spot should be closed. It's too expensive to fuck up my order like this

Fat manager was smoking inside the building while customers were serving food out. This is a safety hazard and needs to be dealt with immediately as soon as possible because customers are eating food contaminated with cigarette smoke witch is not healthy in any way of form. please don't eat here save your body.

Pass on this location. 14 minutes wait after ordering my food at the drive thru. Had to wait alongside 4 other vehicles. Once my food came out, the employee didn't want to walk 10ft to my car and made me reverse back to get my food. Lazy!

I don't know what little kids are working the drive thru but I specifically told him to not put any ketchup and pickles on my hamburgers and he did & asked him for ketchup packets for my fries & didn't provide any. Also super rude when I was trying to order!

Just spent $32 on dinner for my family. My soda had no ice so it was warm and tasted like mold. Our onion rings were cold as we left the drive thru. Got home and our whopper was cold and raw in the middle, and our original chicken sandwiches were soggy and cold as well. The only thing edible was the chocolate pie.

I can't believe this place. 2 cars in 15 minutes in the drive thru were served.
I stopped because I was short on time not because I can't cook my own food.
Well the time I didn't have was made even worse because of the inept workers at this location. Customers were ditching out of line before they ordered because of the wait Others were turning off their engines. Others were honking.
After I finally got my food and left I got into my bag and found my disassembled burger in the bottom of my bag. Three papers were crumpled around they area of the burger. Close people, you almost had it.
For the second time this week, NO cookies with my Whopper Box. Two different locations.

Shut this store down!!!!!!!!!!! by far for years has been the absolute worst Burger King you can go to and that's saying a lot because Burger King is already as bad as it is I came there at 12:45 hoping for a quick bite before work and didn't get acknowledged in the drive-through after sitting here for 10 minutes and then when I get to the window he said you're taking someone else's order and I only ordered a rodeo burger in a value fry they told me to leave the drive-through after I became angry about him taking someone else's order and me sitting there for 15 minutes worst establishment ever do not go here
