      You should not eat here unless you want to get sick and die. The food was cold and it came with mold. Also they forgot all the sauce. I feel bad that door dash had to refund my money when BK was ultimately responsible. They need to get sued for serving people food with mold disgusting!

      Zero stars! It's unfortunate and it's probably not this way all the time...might depend on who's on shift that day. Went there for lunch on Wednesday afternoon and went inside. We waited in line at the register for 20 minutes without any type of service. The employees just looked toward us and continued to ignore the line upfront waiting to order. Corporate needs to go there and unannounced and fix this once good location.

      I want to start out by saying that I had never felt the need to write a review for bad service before in my life, but this incident requires serious attention. I went to this location to claim the T-Mobile Tuesday deal and I was literally disrespected by this employee who works at the drive through window. She was not just rude but had no sense of professionalism at all. She tried to charge me even though I am showing her the coupon that was claimed, and when I tried to show her the free whopper in the Burger King app, she said to me "Well I don't care, come back on a Tuesday. Why do you think it's called T Mobile Tuesday" and then shuts the window on me. I then tried to get her attention by waving to her with the free whopper clearly displayed on the screen from the Burger King App, and she then opens up the window and rudely said "What else you need, are you done here? Unless you wanna pay, I don't have any business with you". I again, patiently and calmly tried to explain to her that this a legitimate coupon in that I am redeeming from the app. And with her voice raised she said "My manager said it's for Tuesday. Why don't you come back on a Tuesday. Why do you think it's called T-Mobile Tuesday?!". And again she shuts the window on me. I asked for her name and she walks away.

      So here is my take on this and why I feel the need to share my experience. First of all, it was Monday, past midnight, meaning it's technically a Tuesday (12:37 AM). Second problem I have with this is how comfortable she felt behaving this way to a customer. She refused to listen to her customer, and believe me the customer is not always right, but I was and I tried hard, really hard to help her to understand how wrong she was, without mixing in how disrespected I felt especially as a minority in this country. And the part that is even more concerning is that the manager was on site and allowed this kind. of behavior. @BurgerKing, I want to hear your thoughts on the matter. Is this the new standard?

      So tell me why they put someone taking orders that barley speak English..?! Like wtf try to order food and I can't barely understand what she say and got an attitude... please get your shit straight because McDonald's and Wendy's down the street where I can go to get a better service..

      I don't mind BK, I grew up eating lots of Whoppers. Although, I do hate the fact that they no longer have a ketchup dispenser (I'm a huge fan of ketchup). It's pretty standard here, I go in for a Whopper, and nowadays ask for Zesty sauce since I can't use my usual amount of ketchup. I doubt they will kick me out, but I did see a sign saying there's a 30 min. alotted time for being in here.

      They forgot something in my order 3 times already, I ordered the double whopper and 2 sandwiches but I didn't get the whopper.

      every single time i order from here something is wrong, it's the closest burger king so this is always the one i'm recommended to, and when i call to complain i one picks up. my foods either wrong, missing, cold, messy or not edible. get it together.

      ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger, but instead got a cheeseburger with Onion Rings and barbecue sauce.

      Does the francize owner not care about his business? Same complaints. We went last night had 2 coupons that were not honored. First the "manager" was extremely rude through the intercom. We could barley hear him with his personal music blaring in the background. When we got up to the window he would not take our coupons and made one of the workers tell us there was nothing that could be done? He said coupons should have been said through the intercom. We asked couldn't he just cancel the order and renter? But the "manager" would not allow. Even though we had custom sandwiches we had to leave without food.

      This location SUCKS!! I ordered food and they messed it all up and and forgot my drink... like how? The Fries aren't even salted..... so bland and dry. I don't understand how they are still open. The workers are so rude and lazy. When I said they forgot my drink they gave me it without a straw??? How am I suppose to drink this? I just can't believe this location could careless about their customers. I will never go here ever again.
