My wife and I like our fish sandwiches on Sesame seed buns, but at this BK, they will not make the change without charging $.85 extra per sandwich!! No other BK does this!! So much for Have it YOUR WAY!!. This is not even an issue at other BKs in our area!!

I know fast food isn't suppose the finest of dinning but this location is like a haunted house I seen a roach & mouse while trying to order in the inside this is after seating in the drive thru for longer than necessary. The employees were all out back smoking. I'm sure I seen a manager too. Very distasteful!

Terrible customer service. Food came out frozen or burnt. This is my 3rd time coming here. Dissapointed every single time. Definitelywill be telling friends and family to avoid at all costs.

Special shout out to the girl with the piercings and slightly green dyed hair for avoiding communication and being cold. they somehow misplaced our sandwiches...allegedly. hope you have a nice holiday, ma'am.

They keep messing up our orders, even when we say it more than twice in a row not to mention my dad said the fries were cold and honestly I had to microwave the whopper so that the burger would be cooked all the way. Not to mention I was with my mom when she specifically said no ketchup because well we have it at home and my grandfather will not eat anything with ketchup. So we get home and all 4 had ketchup on them so we had to race back there and wait for 4 more to be made that had no ketchup. Never will order from here again and I very strongly suggest that you avoid this Burger King at all costs because its not worth the frustration.

If i could give this 0 stars i would. me and my boyfriend were searching for a late night grub session. ravenous, we came across this burger king with stars in our eyes. walking in with high hopes we were greeted with an eye roll from the employees. brushed it off, we began to order. i have never had such a terrible experience trying to order two simple burgers. we did not receive what we ordered at all and spent 10 minutes trying so. what we had ordered was a number 4, and 5. we got 4 burgers that were drenched in ketchup and mustard. i cant taste anything but that. it will haunt my dreams. don't ever go here you will be disappointed. worst customer service i've ever experienced. bunch of low life incompetent employees. i do understand that this is a burger king and i shouldn't expect a ton but come on now is that hard to take an order? i just feel bad for my stomach and my hangry boyfriend.

If I could give this location negative stars, I would.
I should've known something was amiss when I pulled up at 5:10 and NO ONE was in the drive-thru. I ordered a whopper meal with onion rings, a cherry icee and an additional single whopper for my roommate; I was very specific about being willing to wait to ensure that everything was made hot and fresh.
Someone, somewhere doesn't know what that means because NOTHING was hot nor fresh.
They also didn't put the second sandwich in the bag.
I tried calling the number on the receipt to bring it to their attention and the line rang busy.

I am a driver for DoorDash and have picked things up at this location a few times. They are very slow and do not seem concerned with respecting the time of their customers.

During the midst of the pandemic, BK employees not wearing masks properly, endangering both themselves and their customers. The girl at the drive thru had hers down past her mouth! Masks aren't perfect, but is it really such a hard thing to do!

For being a fast food joint, it's not bad by any means. The food was hot when we received it and the young lady at the window was very friendly and helpful with applying our coupon. Definitely a good experience and will probably return again when in the mood for a good, inexpensive burger.
