I ordered at drive today requesting Whopper Combo, no cheese,onions ni saltand no ice in Sprite I had handed,soda w/ice and it was replaced w/ no ice.I wS told to pull in front of bldg to get the rest of my order When I returned hone I chewed my burger and it had onions. I Immediately spit it out I have been trying to call the store for over 5 hours and I keep getting disconnected. Today is Sunday Jan 21,2024

This Burger King is the worst they all must hate there life and it shows in their service and food. The food is never right fries cold sandwiches look and taste like a toddler is making food. I would suggest goto a real Burger King otherwise your just wasting money. If I could give them NO STARS I WOULD. THEY REALLY DO SUCK! Feel bad for the owners they must never visit their own store. You can tell

Waited in line and then when we got to window they told us cash only? Wasted all that time waiting and then them saying it was only cash. Very inconvenient, would not recommend this location.

Ordered via drive thru on Sunday. asked for 2 chicken sandwiches wo mayo but add pickle and fries w no salt. simple order. guy at the window was tatted to the max and had a major attitude. No hello or anything. Had barked over the speaker when I asked the price to drive to window 2. once at the window he demanded X dollars. Again No hello or anything. He passes me my food and I check accuracy before driving off. Sandwiches only had lettuce which I mentioned to him. His response, That's what u ordered. Oh my the attitude was too much. Avoid at all costs.

After sitting at the speaker for 10 minutes between the car in front of me and my own wait, I finally pulled up to the window to see if maybe the speaker was broken - but instead a worker was standing in front of the window no headset on just around his neck texting on his own phone, when I knocked on the window and said hey is the speaker broken I wasn't able to order he side and told me he was the only one working and "it's gonna be a while if [ I ]wanted anything" either adequately staff your shifts or don't open during lunch rush

Quite possibly one of the slowest drive-thru's I've been to. If you are in a hurry, avoid this location.

Where brain cells go to die.
When I have a migraine headache starting, I usually head to Burger King for iced coffee. Usually something goes wrong.
I was standing at the end of the line as this couple with a baby in a car seat and a screaming and running little kid were ahead of me. They were having trouble placing their order for some reason.
Finally, they finished, and the woman took off to wander the kitchen area. She didn't seem to accomplish anything, and finally returned to the register. I asked for a large mocha iced coffee--well, actually, I asked for a mocha large iced coffee, and not too much ice.
That apparently caused confusion and it took quite a while for her to find. She said "$2.29" and I gave her $10.30. It took much, much longer for her to input $10.30 into the machine. While she was attempting to figure out how to do that, the manager was screwing up the couple's order by not reading. She stopped to help the manager, which was fine.
Then, the woman of the couple asked for the cups for the drinks, which were never given them. So, they got the cups for them.
The woman went back to the register and tried to input $10.30 again. Eventually, she said "Eight dollars is your change." and I wanted to correct her, but I figured that might be too much for one night--and my migraine was worse than when I entered the store.
So, she went back and had the cup about 40% full of ice, which is typical, and asked if that was fine, so I said "less, please" and she dumped a few cubes back into the bin and proceeded to pour the iced coffee. My complaint is about the customers,an reading some of the reviews about this store obviously have no knowledge what goes on in the store, it's a short staffed store so stop making the employees life so hard, literally 2-3 people work there, instead of giving people a hard time try to help find a solution instead of complaining,an if bk is so disgusting go eat somewhere else, be mindful because I bet if you were in a stressful situation an having to basically do everything since they have nobody, you would lose your mind, but the ones that believe "the customer is always right" better watch the employees that don't believe that an I stick by them on that one, I'm surprised they can tolerate most of you considering their trying their best an all people do is nag when honestly they can't control what u complain about
