We ordered the pu-pu platter take out. It was not amazing and overpriced. This restaurant is in a high rent neighborhood.
The chicken wings were large and meaty. Reportedly good. The crab Rangoon's were crisp fresh and hot. The bbq pork pieces were plentiful however over cooked.
The egg rolls which are my favorite part of this menu item were soggy due to being packed w the rest of the items. We have had at other places and they are put into small wax paper bags and it seems to be a less soggy experience from the steam heat of the other pu pu platter items packed in the carton. . Egg rolls had many pieces of cabbage that were cut too long and come out of the roll on biting, making a mess. A bit flavorless.
Too much dough on the small pieces of chicken finger for me.
Peking ravioli were small not the size expected.
The fortune cookies were the bland ones w same fortunes in each cookie. Not worth the calories.
Billy Tse'se has been around a while.
Not use to this shift in less than a 3 star. Overall, flavorless food.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - CA T.Plano, TX04911May 14, 2023
Food was ok. Surprised that they don't have ice tea. Soup was ok.
Vegetable fried rice was ok. Sesame chicken was ok.

I come here every couple of years. It was a favorite of a departed loved one. I find it barely adequate. In the car coming home, the food was rated as a 2.7 on the five scale. The waitress was alright... barely. The best thing about the place was the group of older Italian ladies kvetching about how everything has fallen apart since Covid. Also, not sure how they pull two dollar signs... three adults, two kids, four plates of food and three rounds of drinks... $200 with tip and tax. Solid $$$.

Great Chinese food located right in the North End. Overall a bit pricy, but you do get large entrees and everything is always cooked and sauced to perfection. My go to spot in the city and can compete with other Chinese restaurants in Chinatown!
One thing is that entrees do NOT come with rice, so recommend that you add on a side for just a few dollars!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kevin L.Arvada, CO03713May 19, 2022
Went here for my mom's 68th birthday and this was a huge mistake. We made reservation for 4:30pm to beat the rush and there were 15 off us. -
First off: staff was rude.
-my kiddo's coke were all flat. Asked for a new one and they replaced it with a new flat soda.
-all the liquor was with grossly mixed or deluded. The Mia tai was not a mai tai. It appears that they used a pre-mix that went bad.
-my fish was over cooked
-the vegetables were old
-the popo platters - meats were all over cooked & old
This place was horrible. We spent $400. Worst bday dinner ever. Never coming back.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Debbie B.Chesapeake, VA110020Sep 22, 2023
I've always loved this restaurant. We went to get sushi rolls and fried vegetable tempura. We did take out around 4-5pm. The short little women with glasses took our order wasn't to friendly. The salmon sushi was fishy tasting but the tuna rolls were much better. Tempura was terrible. It was Greasy and the batter was thick. Very clean restaurant with plenty of seating. They have a full bar that is separate from restaurant. However the hot & sour soup was delicious along with the Kung pao chicken and beef & broccoli on another occasion.

Wow this Billy Tse really went down the gutter. We went tonight (11/4/22), and the food was very bland and lacking taste. The place was empty. I asked if the waitress mind if she split the chicken and broccoli in half in a Togo box so my mother could take some home. She said "I do mind" and promptly walked away and gave us one Togo. We were pretty shocked. As someone who worked as a server for about 10 years this place f**king blows. Save yourself the hassle and go across the street to the Sail Loft for good food

Billy Tse's was so accommodating! We had a reservation for 21 that was cancelled last minute at another restaurant and the staff at Billy's was so amazing. The food and drinks were excellent and the staff made it so much fun. Will be coming back for sure. Love it here!!!!!

Ordered Beef and Broccoli at for delivery on phone. Cost was $21, no rice included. It was listed as $14 on menu posted to Yelp, I am used to paying $11 for this meal and other Chinese restaurants. The delivery was prompt and the order taker was professional. The beef used was a very fatty cut. The meal was a whole was bland. They did include a container of hot mustard and a packet of soy sauce, but I still had to reach for more spices at home to doctor it up.
