BGR Burgers Grilled Right

Love the food, best burger I've had ever! And the one guy at the Annapolis location is always nice, on phone and in person. I dive 20-30 mins just to get their burger

This location had great service when I visited. I had a special request and the cook let the cashier and me know that her understand and be sure it was taken care of. The burger I ate was perfect and I love the fountain cream soda here. By the way they burgers are grilled over a flame and seasoned well. They are also pretty big too. The dine area is fine. Nothing special, but it was clean and the taken care of.

Used to love bgr, but the last couple times I ordered I noticed a severe decline in quality, ordered two medium burgers and one medium rare burgers today all three were well done, the two waygu wellingtons were missing the mushroom mixture that is on top so the top of the burger was bare then the blue cheese on the bottom was almost non existent. Then the pretzel bacon marmalade burger was missing the bacon onion marmalade and was just a dry well done burger with cheddar cheese. I am upset because we loved this place soo much and was looking forward all week for this meal as we just got home from a trip, disappointment is a understatement

Great food and the portions are good . I wanted a good burger and this place hit the spot. I loved the tater tots too.

Tried this burger joint and ordered the southwest Bison burger - it was pretty good, but took a bite of the wife's Waga burger and that was delicious. AJ was at the register and was professional answering our questions since it was our first time eating there. The ambiance is okay. Will go back in the future.

Staff is friendly day, helpful, and polite. They are focused on their job, no one is on their cell phone.

Food is prepared quicky and cooked as ordered. It is served hot.

Facility is clean. Tables are kept clear. This is a buger joint. Tbe food is good, nice quality. Atmosphere is simple, not luxury. Sittting is adequate. ​

My go to place for lunch in this area has been on a slow decline, so I was desperately seeking a new place to grab a bite when I'm working in the area. The Burger Joint jumped out at me, and was amazingly appealing. Best of all, it had great food.

Parking here is a breeze, with an entire lot right out front, which you can easily get into and out of. It's not too crowded or busy, and -- unlike so many places in this area -- they actually seem concerned about this ongoing pandemic. None of that "employees must wear a mask around their chin when customers can see them" nonsense -- every time I've gone in, even the people at the grills are masked, and properly! Kudos.

Okay, okay, okay, but how's the food, Joshua? Stop burying the lede already!

I stop by about once or twice a month, and they have this rotating seasonal burger. It always sounds delicious, and I always get it. It's phenomenal. It might be brie and apples, or smoked sausage and kraut, or.... It varies and is always creative. The burger can be ordered however you want, and they actually do a good job of cooking to order.

You can also make it a meal with a fountain drink and sweet potato fries.

Great burgers, good prices. Great service. And accessible. Stop by!

Oooohhhh snap this burger was the bomb!!! Got the Tennessee bourbon burger and I should have gotten some fries but the burger was way good

Amazing burgers and tots. The guys serving were hilarious and the place has a GREAT vibe. It's not fancy but the burgers are PROPER and the brioche rolls really add to the sandwich in the best way possible. My favorite burger in Annapolis so far .....

I'm glad I went so that I wouldn't wonder anymore! Their food was good, but still not worth the higher prices. The onion rings were delicious though! None of the tables looked like they had been cleaned all day and everything was sticky. The women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting as well. I can't feel comfortable eating food from a place that clearly does not care about cleanliness! There are many better places in the Annapolis area and we will not be going back.
