Bella Luna Pizza

We love coming here.
And now they have Vegan cheese!
That on top of their already delicious vegetable pizza is great. And we are New Haven pizza people!
They also have tasty Birch beer.
The owner is friendly and accommodating.
Booths are comfortable and clean.
We have never had any trouble parking here.
Great for takeout and delivery, too.

Horrible pizza, this is suppose to be bbq chicken and it came so shitty. So oily and fell apart. Would never order here again

I can't believe that ANY plane would deliver food like this. Pick any other pmspot in Meriden! I ordered eggplant rollatini, and it came with ham rolled up inside which is not on the menu. I also ordered a crispy chicken salad. It was a bowl of lettuce with thin, burnt chicken cutlets in top. They were ROCK HARD! I called to talk to the staff and the manager got on the phone screaming at me to read the menu. I told him I ordered on Uber and the menu THEY set up doesn't say abutment about ham. This was a waste of time and money. Bella Luna - Check your Uber menu!

I order a Sicilian pizza today 6/17/2023. For collins parkway.

Instead of a Sicilian pizza they send me a box of bricks. Really disgusting and hard! Bella luna if u can't provide something you better say u don't have it. Period!

Bad service, we spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to serve us and no one came, we went to eat somewhere else

Ordered Buffalo chicken party size pizza and will most definitely will be ordering again.

It has Gonna downhill since the last review. I won't ever order from this establishment again mostly due to their customer service. Sorry Bella Luna your bad customer service has me never wanting to come back! Enjoy the last tip

We ordered two grinders to go. One was a cold Italian combo the other was a chicken Parm grinder. One good one bad. The cold combo hardly had any meat in the sub. The chicken cutlet was very good full and tasty. I would hope Bella Luna becomes aware of the fact that competition is everywhere.
Please take the time to put out a good product and you will have returning customers.

I have been ordering from them for years. Food is great, fast delivery. I placed an order for a veggie pizza. I was delivered a BBQ chicken pizza. Shame on me for not checking the pizza before the driver left. About 20 minutes later I realized the error. I called & spoke to the OWNER to let him know what happened. He told me yes that is what you ordered. I told him I hate BBQ anything & I ordered a veggie pizza. He continued to argue with me about the order basically calling me a liar for a free pizza. He did refund my order. The pizza landed in the dumpster where this owner should be. Horrific customer service.

This was a restaurant that was on our list of go to places for dinner. We will not be going back based on our last couple of visits. First of all, we asked where the owner was as we wanted to say hello to him. We were told that he was on vacation which as it turns out, is not the truth. The people that we were talking to were the new owners. They must have been getting a lot of negative vibes already as who wouldn't be proud to say that they are the new owners! I will not go into much detail but based on what the food that was served before they purchased this establishment and what they are serving now is downhill all the way. Bland, tasteless and overcooked are just a few of the things. The lasagna was absolutely the worst that I have ever been served. For one thing, it didn't even look like the dish, flat noodles on a plate with some sauce and cheese and it had a aftertaste like vinegar. Before them, I would always order something different so I had quite a few items from the menu. I would be afraid to do that here. Also, it would be nice to have utensils supplied to you when the meals are presented. And, they should order new menus as everything that we ordered was higher than the price that was on the menu. With the previous owner, you felt welcomed there. That feeling is gone. I am sure that all of the "regulars" will feel the same way. Lido's will now get more of our business as we will not be going back.
