This Arbys is a joke. The lobby isn't open or the drive thru is closed. Service is pathetic. Needs new management. If it's a franchise it should be sold. Still don't know how they keep lights on without customers. Good luck trying to get food here.

Went and sat in their drive thru for almost 15 mins as they helped only one car. Then they opened the door and said they were closed. Two hours before closing time. Employee had crappy attitude, didn't seem to care about customers, very flippant.

Not sure if it's worth one star, needs management help. Needs lots of help. This establishment needs to close. Like everyone else said, you pull up, and wait and wait. I was right after someone who ordered so much with coupons so when it was to me.(there was only 1 car and mine ) the lady told me 5 min. Which ok, I'll wait. But kept taking forever, didn't need junk food that bad so left. Who do they hire? Flow the service!! It's 6pm. On a Thursday!

There's a reason this location gets a one and a half star review - total imcompetence. Can't get the orders right, leaving you hanging at the drive thru for 1/2 hour and food quality is sub-par. Scratch another one off the list...

such a mean lady working there. snarling jowls on her ay? i think so. "no shakes!" "nope ya cant use your birthday coupon unless you agree to nothing added to your order"! not a thank you, have a good day, nothing. i asked for sauce, she says what sauce!!!!!???

During the pandemic only the drive-through lane is open. You order at the back of the restaurant and pay at a window on the side. Today I brought a valid coupon. The staff took away my coupon but did not give me discount. Their reason is that I only showed the coupon at the payment window but had not mentioned the coupon at the time I ordered food. This is already unfair, but what is worse is the following. Since they did not give me discount, I requested that they return the coupon. Surprisingly, this request was declined. Furthermore, they asked me to leave as soon as possible so that they could serve other customers. I am not complaining about the food, but hope that I can be fairly treated.

This place is ridiculous. I googled the hours on the Internet which said 10 pm and Yelp is also saying 10 pm. We arrived just after and 8:00 and the person on the speaker told me they were closed. When I tried to explain that they should update their hours on the net the woman spoke over me telling me their hours have always been 8 pm and was extremely rude. I wonder how people know that since they advertise 10:00 PM. They would save everyone including themselves a lot of aggravation if they would update their hours on the web. After reading all the poor ratings about the food, cleanliness and incompetence at this location I consider myself lucky they were closed.

This place is ridiculous. The running joke is that it takes as long to get food here as it does in a sit down restaurant. Every time we come here it's the same nothing ready and nothing happens quickly.

I give this location high marks for cleanliness however when you serve as little food as they do it seems that at the very least it would be clean.

I am amazed that this location remains in business.

Walled Lake location, Tuesday, June 9, 2020 between 3:30-4 pm. Drive-in only--person running the drive-thru was not wearing a mask or gloves, and another employee I spotted inside the store wasn't, either. So, restaurateurs want to tell everyone about all the measures they are taking to keep the public safe, but masks and gloves are not among them? I stayed away from restaurants all through the lockdown and now see that my concerns were well-founded.

Long time Arby's fan and will still eat here as it is pretty good and a clean place. BUT, they are always out of something (like turnovers after 6:00 PM) and there is no reason for it. Four star otherwise, but if it's on the menu, I should be able to buy it.
