      I just ordered a new burger and it was cold burnt piece of chalk absolutely flavorless and disgusting for eight dollars. I am very disappointed.

      This review is for my experience on 11/2/23 at 2:30 pm with the manager in the drive through named Ray. I ordered my food using the official Arby's app and headed to the store. When I got there I went through the drive through and gave my name (just like I have done at any other fast food restaurant who has their own app for ordering). Ray the Manager was working the drive through and was really confused about an online order and said they didn't have it. I checked the app and it was confirmed at the Hilliard Rome store, the money had been charged to my bank account and I had a confirmation email. Ray said "I'm not sure what to tell you" and I said I can pull forward to the window to show him the app confirmation and that I was charged and he said "I don't know how the app works you can pull to the window if you want I guess" When I got to the window I showed him all of the confirmation items I had and he said again it was a 3rd party app (I said this is the official Arby's app from your company) and he said to hit in the app "have a question" I showed him when I do that it brings up the store's phone number and he said "you can call it if you want" I said "is this not your store phone number? why would I call this number when I am talking to the manager right now at the window?" I then told him we have to find a solution and I can't be the only customer that has had an issue like this before and what is their training/solution when this happens. Ray the MANAGER still had no answer besides I'm not sure then he walked away from me and called someone. After waiting 2-3 more minuets in the drive through he said they did have my order. Overall, I understand things can be delayed or glitch but the Manager should have a solution based mentality and say something like "ok when these things happen it usually takes a few minuets pull forward or come in and we will see if the order comes through and if not you should call xyz or do xyz." To treat the customer as the problem and offer no solutions for a purchase made is wild to me. Ray the Manager needs to be more informed so he can also arm his employees with solutions when these things happen as well. I'm sending this feedback to corporate as well.

      This location always does a great job and they are all very friendly. Our order is always correct and hot. One lady who works the drive thru is so kind and she gets you in and out with everything you need. Usually Arby's take forever, but this location is always on it!

      I ordered the Pecan Chicken salad sandwich bc it looked so good on the commercials but it wasn't bc it was all bread hardly any chicken salad on the sandwich!! Never again!!!

      Is this the only location that does home style fries? I asked for it at west broad and they only do curly, and at Georgesville square. Clean inside, nice staff. Great smoked brisket.

      Arby's is still really good. The inside is really clean, and the service was fast. I really like the Market Fresh sandwiches, which taste better than your average fast food. They can be a bit pricy, so look out for coupons you might get in the mail.

      Arby's doesn't have wireless internet, which would be nice, but you might pick up a signal from the nearby library. Inside, you can get three different sauces (horsey, bbq, three pepper) plus ketchup. Overall, a good experience, and I'll come back when I have another coupon.

      I go to this location because it is a convenient lunch stop during my work shift. However, I can't count the times I have made simple requests to just get a couple salt packets, two packets of ketchup, NO MARINARA SAUCE because I just throw it away, and more than one napkin. They are too cheap to give you more than one napkin....it's sad. They just remodeled but still can't give me one measly extra napkin to go with the one that gets soaked in grease at the bottom of the bag. Every. Single. Time.....For years! All I get are sides (fries, mozzarella sticks, etc). Nothing difficult. No special instructions. Please just stop being so stingy!

      Much better options on the value menu, and much better variety of different things than the standard fair that all the burger joints have. I get so sick of the same shit at every fast food place but this one is completely different. I'm going here from now on.

      The food is not orgasmically delicious but it's good. The roast beef au jus was really good and it's the only place around here I know of to get it.

      I love me some Arbys roast beef...mmmmm that horsey sauce...but can you please put a napkin in the bag at the drive-thru? Ugh...it's my biggest pet peeve for fast food!
