Sketchy people and slow service. Dirty and not kept clean. I know it's a 7 eleven, but still not up to par.

Beware of burnt cookies! The cookie in front looks good, but the one behind it is burnt! Rip off

The worst 7 eleven that I have been, it seems that they are always in a bad mood, one greets cordially and the woman tells me that I did not tell him that she only wants to sell that if I finish with the greeting, I also wanted to change my points and says that That doesn't exist anymore because they lose money, really? I think I'll stop eating there.

Racist. Just left this location as I live around the corner. Upon entering the guy at the cash register kept on yelling at me as to want I wanted. Just because I'm a black female doesn't me I came to steal anything. Never going back.

Worst 7-11 I've been to in my life. They are scammers. What's the point of having the 7-11 app if they are gonna decline your promotion to save? Then when I confront the cashier about it he starts acting like he doesn't know English and his manager walks to the back. And on top of that, the cashier handles food with the same exact gloves he's touching cash with. I'm done with going to this 7-11 I hope they fall out of business.

Went in just now and was told (after being ignored for a few solid moments until I said something) there wasn't enough cash to break my 100. Even though I was spending 60 dollars. Couldn't be bothered to check. I doubt they didn't have 40 dollars. Worst experience at a 711. I get not having cash but the guy was a dick. And clearly lying.

Always next to zero costumer service. Very rude. Makes me want to go to other businesses that will at least try. (It's not like I expect red carpet treatment at a friggin 7-11, but there IS like a bare minimum standard for a place of business) I have lived around this area for some time now and have given this place many chances.
A tiny example: They don't sell tortilla chips, but have like dozen kinds of salsa or dip. After searching all over, I tried to ask if they had any. The employee grumpily points and says "chips are over there.." I tried to explain that I was actually looking for TORTILLA chips, (you know not Pringles or BBQ or Cheetos) The guy basically then played the I can't speak English very well card, shrugged, and walked away. Just a thought, if you work at a 7-11 in LA, a city that's 49% latino, you might wanna learn what tortilla means- especially since you already sell nacho cheese, salsas, dips, seriously like a dozen options requiring them.. The whole encounter was just awkward and left me a bit puzzled.
I was just there for what will be the last time. I walked up to pay, said hello to the guy, trying to be friendly. Barely got a response, they were on their phone the entire time they rang me up on the register. As I was leaving I noticed that when the next costumer (of a different skin color than I) walked up, the employee just switched and became all chummy with the guy, speaking English perfectly fine.
Nope. Bye.
There's plenty of other places in the vicinity with beer and junk food..Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Oct 1, 2017Previous reviewAlways very rude costumer service. (Also, just an fyi, 95% of the time you can expect have to walk past homeless people on the way in the door.) - Jennifer G.San Diego, CA340230781May 31, 2011
Came, scored my slurpee, and left. It's a bit dirty inside and the parking lot is sketchy - but it's a 7-11, what do you expect?
As for the service, the clerk smiled and that was enough for me. This Slurpee is yummy.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0
