Yankee Springs Meadows

Great neighbors. Nice community. They advertise that you have a private front and back yard. You actually have a very small front and back yard, that borders the yards of about 5 neighbors. You cannot put up a fence. You must take care of your lawn according to the managements contradictory rules.
The walls of the cheap mobile homes that they are bringing in are very thin, and there are a lot of loud vehicles in the neighborhood. It is hard to get a good night's sleep.
These homes are falling apart before you even move in.
Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the maintenance guy is a nice guy.
Though, I'm not a fan of the management. They act all nice and sweet, but they are very quick to kick people out and they are very picky. Also, they are poor communicators and often have conflicting statements in the same news letter (new rules letter).
I can't wait to find a new place.
