Kelly J.Frederick, MD363Jul 13, 2023First to ReviewHorrible experience. Do not use this firm. Matthew Abbott in particular is unprofessional and rude. They are very, very slow to respond and refused to give status updates on my case weeks after the process began. I paid the $2,019 filing fee and submitted the requested documents. I then waited weeks and nothing happened with my case. The secretary finally got back to me asking for more documents/information I had already submitted. The last time I asked for an update I received a very rude email and phone call accusing me of treating the staff poorly. I was shocked as this was certainly untrue. Needless to say I requested a refund and will not be moving forward with this awful firm.
