Wow! So I read all of the previous reviews and honestly felt that I had searched for the wrong company and had to recheck the name. Surprisingly I got it right the first time. Never the less everyone experience different things with all companies throughout the world and I can only speak on my experience.
I called the office in hopes of scheduling a quick appointment and setup the appointment with the intensions of calling other offices shopping for the earliest appointment. I am so very thankful for whatever reason I failed to call other dental offices. I am so thankful to have experienced top notch professionalism from the front desk to the dental assistant and the actual dentist in such a clean office.
It had been several years since my last dental visit and although I am thankful I do not have bad teeth I was still embarrassed. I received a medium level cleaning and able to review before and after photos of my teeth. I was so amazed. I was advised that I had to have one bottom wisdom tooth that had broken down to my gum, the other bottom wisdom , along with another tooth extracted. I was so nervous and afraid. Ms. Amanda assured me that I will be just fine and explained every step she would need to take. After making sure that my mouth was numb she explained that her biggest concern is that I lift my hand whenever I feel any type of pain. Please understand that my extraction appointment was after 5pm. Amanda and the staff were acting like it was 9am and all had a good night sleep and was fully rejuvenated.
Please do yourself a favor and book your dental appointment because this is the place that you can trust!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I am a patient with Williamson Road Dental Care. I really just wanted to share my experience with this office between 3/4/24 and 4/5/24.
I came in on 3/4 for a routine drill out of cavity and a crown for my very back molar on the right side. The entire experience was super painful. Between feeling like a guinea pig with this choking, silicone tool to push your tongue aside and 3 shots of Novocaine, I still felt every single bit of pain. For the next several days afterwards it really hurt just to open my mouth to eat. I initially just thought it was because I had two men with big hands in my mouth so I called back, explained what happened, and request to have my permanent crown out in by a female Doctor. Not only was it painful to move my mouth, but the sensitivity was insane. 2 weeks before my next appointment to get my permanent crown in and I couldn't wait!
I back came in 3/25 for that procedure. They had to continue to drill in My tooth because they said my gums had started to grow around my tooth and the crown wouldn't fit. Same experience as before. 2 shots of Novocain and it was still very painful.
I was told then that my new crown didn't fit and they would have to make another one. Another 2 weeks of this... sounds miserable right??
I was also told that the reason my tooth was so sensitive was that because of the drilling, it has heated up and partly damaged that nerve, so now I may then need a root canal I was told! When I asked if I would have to pay for that, she said yes. Even though it was no fault of my own, she said I signed the waiver so yes, I would have to paid for that procedure.
Back to the permanent crown that didn't fit.. they decided to use it anyway as my temporary crown for the next two weeks until my revised one came in. It lasted about a week. On 3/30 it popped out. Just the air hitting it was knee bending pain.
I called the office hoping I could have someone to come fix it. I knew that was a lot to ask considering it was a Saturday but I knew I wouldn't make it the weekend like that. The person who answered the phone told me to put temp dent on it and come in on Monday.
I didn't need to come in Monday after doing that because it stayed and FINALLY after 3 weeks, I no longer felt any pain.
My final appointment to have my new permanent crown put in was 4/5. Two people tried to get it out with forceps with no luck. I was told that since it worked and fit, it was fine and to just leave it in.
So now... I'm stuck with a $1,400 bill. A crown that doesn't fit that I put in myself..a nasty, super painful and emotional experience with Williamson Road Dental Care.
Considering I also had a lot of time to observe the office because each visit was about 2.5 hours.. I noticed a lot of cross-contamination with the computer desk being used a a medical tray. My blood soaked cotton rolls touching the cords of the keyboard and mouse.. and an overfilled trash can hidden underneath it all with gloves falling out of it. Dusty blinds and dirty chairs.. trash on the floor. Out of my 40 years of life, this has hands down been the worse experience I have ever had in any medical practice!!
I am a fan of leaving good reviews for local businesses, especially being a business owner myself.. but I will never return to this office.. I would like my money back and my permanent crown so that I may take it somewhere else to have it placed in.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - S. A.Charlotte, NC2919558Feb 9, 2023

I Do Not recommend! They do Poor quality dental work. Dentist fixed a chipped tooth and it lasted 1 day. It took another two weeks to get in to fix it again. Whatever he used chemical burned my lip and it was very deep and painful. The repair on my tooth looks horrible and within a couple weeks it started to chip again. The cleaning was okay, she spent 45 minutes on x-rays and less than 10 on the cleaning. It was a hasty rush job. They sent out coupons when first opened but it is only for the uninsured.
