Wildflower Day Spa

We were going to Abilene for ACU Homecoming so I made an appointment online for the lavender pedicure. Rosey did a fantastic job and I loved the lavender everything. I wish I didn't like 4 hours away so I could be a regular but if I'm back in Abilene I will be visiting Wildflower spa again.

My husband and I had a couples massage yesterday and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Will definitely be back :)

I had a 90 minute massage with Kalei. It was amazing!!!

It's been a year since I last had a massage it was well needed. I'll be seeing her every week

Five stars for the most amazing massage by Jerry!! If you have knots, he's the guy.

Four stars for a relaxing facial by Hope (although the towels were rough).

I went in for a Brazilian. The girl was very young and did an ok job,not good just ok. She acted like she was very disgusted that I was a bigger lady (size 18). I made sure I was very clean before I went. When she went out of the room, I could hear her talking about me to a co worker and they were snickering about me. A Brazilian is a very intimate an vulnerable wax and this is her job. At no point should your esthetician make you feel this self conscious and laugh about you to coworkers in front of other customers (or at all). I felt very humiliated when I was paying and walking out in front of these customers.

She also didn't provide any aftercare instructions or anything knowing it was my first wax. I had to call a friend to get aftercare instructions. Overall not impressed at all with the level of customer service or professionalism.

I had the best deep tissue massage by Jerry! He is very knowledgeable and he has the intense pressure I've been looking for for years. We talked a lot (unlike most other massages I've been to) but I enjoyed it. I will be back for another!

I went to wildflower day spa today for nails and a pedicure. I had high hopes and was excited for my visit...I was very disappointed! the atmosphere was not good and the quality of the work was worse. I would not go back.

Tyeshia did amazing... not only was my service great but I literally felt like I was hanging out with a friend! I was laughing and having a good time I already can't wait for my next appointment!!

The worst pedicure experience I have ever had. I am in town for work so I'm looked up reviews on where to try. I finally decided to try wildflower. The facial was decent. Only thing is the girl giving the facial didn't explain much. Like "here comes a hot towel" or "this cream is for this" and so forth. I also had a pedicure and manicure booked. I have to say it was the worst experience I have ever had. The nail tech took the first 15-20 mins of my 60 min pedicure restocking things or trouble shooting the shellac light lamp and mechanical filer. Then she couldn't even take off the previous shellac I currently had on my toes. It took her another 20 mins. Mind you I get my pedicures in San Antonio and there is NEVER A PROBLEM. It was simply awkward. She didn't even know how to hold the nail clipper. It was so weird. She awkwardly filed the nails down, Barely any cuticles were removed, and the heel scrubbing was no scrubbing, she barely touched my feet just. I cut it short by cancelling on the shellac polish since i will have to go to my salon in San Antonio to get a real pedicure. And the manicure was just as bad. I have never left a bad review for anyone but this was so horrible. I WILL NEVER come here again. What was suppose to be a relaxing day turned into 3 hours of frustration.

I called Friday to make an appointment for Saturday, and the receptionist was able to book one for me. The location was hard to find, but when I got there Carol my waxer was at the door and she led the way to the facility.
Carol did an amazing job, she was gentle and she made me feel comfortable through out my appointment. She used soft and hard wax.
I will definitely come back here.
