Go to Pho 88 instead!!!!
If I could give this place no stars, I would. I ordered my food in the drive-through and once I paid, I received my order. I was missing my soup (3 orders! How do you forget that??) and half of the things I ordered were wrong. I let them know and the person working the drive-through yelled at me and told me that I ordered the wrong thing... I didn't... Will never return. Also the food that we did receive was BLAND (like they haven't discovered salt or soy sauce yet) and SUPER GREASY!!
Do yourself a favor and go to Pho 88 literally a block away, their Chinese food is amazing always and they have great customer service.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Scott B.Prattsville, AR22410Jan 25, 2022
Food is ok but service is always great!!! If you're in a hurry and a quick hot meal, make the stop.

Absolutely NOOOTTTT!!!! I am not a petty person at all so this is a straight honest review...My husband picked up some food from them and got food poisoning...Was on the toilet all and I mean all night! Everything tasted like it had been sitting out for a very long time, the food was not fresh but stale and ultimately not good quality...I give a two because u get a large amount of food...But at what cost

No , NO NO. Never again. I was so hungry and I past this place all the time. Should have kept passing it. I got the chicken and veggies. No!!! The fried rice was steamed with soy sauce. It wasn't fried and it didn't smell good at all. It smelled like dog food. The entree was very bland. Taste like it had been sitting in a pot of hot water. A lot of food, a lot of nasty food. I was very disappointed and just ate the meet out which was tasteless and very white. I pray I don't get sick

We eat here at least once a week. Great food and have never had a problem. They make your food to order so it's always super hot and fresh.
I like that you can pick the spiciness for every order. 1-5 Stars. I usually get 3 stars for a little spice. I went to 4 once and really liked how spicy it was but wouldn't do it for all plates.
You order through the drive through and they make it fresh so there is maybe 5-10 minute wait. You can call ahead and place your order. It is always ready in "10 minutes"! LOL
They are real good at making something for you not on the menu or substitutions. (As far as Asian Food)
I would recommend this place for carry out.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jared W.North Little Rock, AR272Oct 26, 2020
Good American Chinese, large portions for the price. Favorites are the combination lo mein and the teriyaki chicken skewers. Quick & polite service, you can tell people running the business are hard working and dedicated.

We have been getting takeout from Vina Express for almost 30 years (back when they were located on JFK). Now my grandchildren insist I bring takeout from Vina whenever we visit. They are professional, friendly and their food is worth my patronage for nearly 30 years.

We went to the drive-thru because that is all you can do here. They did not even accept phone in orders, no online orders, etc. This seemed beyond the acceptable level of "old school" to us.
It's in an old Rally's parking lot. It's confusing where the drive-thru entrance is. I had to back up towards Keihl to get back to the drive-thru entrance part. This is a hazard and can be fixed with improved signage. (I regularly comment on this issue, especially the bad Chik-Fil-A parking/drive-thru issues in Central Arkansas. Who cares if you have great food if you have an accident in the parking lot?)
We ordered lemon chicken and vegetable delight. All orders come with "fried rice" by default, so we asked for steamed rice instead. (Seemed opposite of how most places do it.)
The lemon chicken had had the chicken nuggets and "fried rice" in one container. First, this is not what I consider to be fried rice. It certainly wasn't freshly prepared fried rice. What we saw and tasted looked like steamed rice tossed with soy sauce and maybe one or two small pieces of egg in it. It was very dry and almost looked like brown rice. The "fried rice" just added extra salt, probably MSG, and very little flavor. We would have preferred to receive the steamed rice we ordered with this meal.
As far as the chicken, it was a generous serving of chicken nugget type chunks with average flavor. What I thought might have been egg drop soup was in fact a container of lemon sauce to be applied after you get home. This is great for people who don't like soggy stuff or want to control the amount of sauce on the chicken. It's not the best for people who like the soaked-in sauce taste with their chicken. Overall the lemon sauce was average taste and very mild lemon flavor.
The vegetable delight was ordinary and maybe needed salt. It had the canned baby corn cobs, canned bamboo shoots, broccoli, cabbage, and carrots. (No descriptions on the menu at all, so thought this might be helpful information for future customers.) This one came with the white rice we ordered.
This restaurant could probably obtain an over 4-star rating if they just put a little effort in the foundational aspects of a business: A descriptive menu available online and at the drive-thru, accept phone and online orders, clear parking lot signage, etc.) Plus they need to drop the faux fried rice with each order too.
It got 3-stars instead of 2 because it seemed to be a good value overall. We are grateful that they are opened and serving during these times.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Apr 22, 2020Previous reviewWe went to the drive-thru because that is all you can do here. FYI folks not safe for consumption! Ordered orange chicken and thought it strange that it was dark brown but thought ok maybe just over cooked. Wrong! Sick for three days with constant vomiting and diarrhea. Appears that Mayb they cook and recook items. Go at your own risk.

It's basic Chinese fast food but nothing special. Been a couple of times but was just so so. The guy who does the drive thru was always polite. They whip out the food pretty fast with it being fast food.
