      Hello. I visited this great store on 1/9/24 and Nick made the experience of buying a new iPhone 15 Pro Max Plus an absolute pleasure. He even picked out all of my accessories and walked out to my car, in the rain, to be sure they would work. To top it off, while waiting for my data to transfer, he made me a delicious coffee complete with cold foam. I was in and out of the store in less than an hour with my new phone set up and all of my accessories. I will definitely visit this store for all of my Verizon and Apple needs, and i hope that Nick is there! Super experience!

      I went to your store in Virginia Beach across from Marina Shores, where a young lady with short, spiky blonde hair attempted to wait on me.
      She explained before we got started that her and her father were having a war" and he may call. He did, and she not only answered it and cut me off in mid sentence, but put him on speaker phone. They proceeded to talk about unrelated personal things and he frequently used expletives. This was obviously not an urgent call. After a few minutes, I explained that I was leaving and she flippantly said "fine". As I walked out the door, I asked for the store number, which she defiantly gave me.
      I request a call from a District Manager (at least) as the Store is the problem. Speaking with the store Manager would be of no help. I have also expressed my concerns to your executive team as well as other social media outlets.
      I would appreciate a call to expound. Thank you

      I have always had excellent customer service when visiting the Providence SQ store. Whether buying a phone or getting tech help the folks have always treated me well. I recently went in with a friend to introduce her to the folks and met Angie. She was so patient and respectful to my friend and me. I was in the market for a new iphone 13 but got such a great deal on a 14 that I went with that. Angie got it all done for me. She answered the questions that I texted her and helped my friend tremendously. My friend and I both will be back.

      We made a mistake and looked into plans and phones. They do provide a service and can do many things Verizon can- But not at the same prices/fees. Read the contract carefully!

      Please make sure you understand the store is not a Verizon owned store.
      They are a retailer allowed to sell Verizon products. The signage indicates Verizon. One small sign in rear of store tells customers the truth. Cell phone retailers no longer have to notate they are not a corporate store. Because of this, many customers arrive, believing they are in a Verizon corporate store.

      As someone who is a veteran and works in *military* customer service, I know that asking for the bare minimum in customer service is not too much to ask for. Today, June 27, my partner, and I decided to stop at this location to get a new SIM card for my phone and to return some 5G Gateway equipment. Before we can even step in the door, Nicholas was trying to get us back out. He was under the impression that we were only there to bring equipment, and once we informed him that I also need a new SIM card, his attitude got worse from there. His tone and demeanor was very condescending, and I took notice to every time he acknowledged my partner, (who wasn't there for himself, this was a visit strictly for MY property), in lieu of I. Instead of replacing the SIM like I requested, he tried a different method to no avail, and caught more of an attitude when I told what he needed to do. Seems like there needs to be more customer AND technical training at this location.

      KEMPSVILLE PROVIDENCE RD VERIZON:
      I have been a Verizon customer for years and years! Verizon was the ONLY carrier that worked for me and in my house. AT&T SPRINT and T-MOBILE never worked in my house or anywhere else (without dropping every single call made AND received. Over 12 years ago I switched to Verizon and honestly have NEVER had any problems with them.

      I AM going to say this to everyone who is NOT a Verizon customer ... Christen Wooten was "THEE QUEEN" she is smart patient and always (when I say always that's what this Jersey girl means ALWAYS!) was very helpful and she never had a bad thing to say about anyone (and there ARE a couple jerks in the Providence Rd. store (lazy & can't read a screen to save their lives) ex: my phone was paid off and one guy told me I had 7+ months left to pay on it! That was his first mistake (sarcastically talking to me like I'm stupid) that was his second mistake ‍ so I left and called CS and they verified that it WAS paid off. You know when you get a feeling that someone just wants to sell you something well, that was his 3rd and final mistake as far as I was concerned. I got up and left. Anyway, Miss Christen took another job and in comes Nick (he's the manager now) he's the King to Christen's Queen (trust me on this! I was in CS for over 50 years and I can spot a great CS person a mile away. Nick didn't skip a beat because he has already done me a great service (as did The Queen) and I am forever grateful to him. Now my next wonderful person is Kyri (I hope I'm spelling it correctly) and that man is as smart intelligent patient and as helpful to me as the Queen and King in the Providence Rd store in Kempsville, VA! I want to show my appreciation and gratitude for these wonderful and beautiful people who I know have had to come across some nasty people in the CS circus. I am going to say that I have never come across such wonderful people in my entire lifetime of owning my cell phone. Thank you for your kindness and patience in assisting me with my account and phone! A GREAT BIG THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart ‍

      p.s. There's a new young lady there as well and she is really good too! (I'm sorry but I forgot her name) She is a petite girl if that helps. She gets my "honorable mention because when she helped me she was still in training and she did a great job)!! Stars ""that's MY rating for these four wonderful people who I'm so happy are working at my FAVORITE VERIZON store.

      They fucking suck!
      I'm still dealing with issues from nov!
      They messed up my trade in devices and my bill is $40 more than they said it would be!
      This is why I never go to this one

      The "WORSE"experience shopping for a phone in my ENTIRE life! I had shopped here before. Alex sold me an android. He is a nice guy and very patient. When my phone stopped working I went back to the store and this oriental guy "try" to help me. I told him my phone is not holding a charge. He had the NERVE to ask me "how cheap is the cord I am using?!" The manager standing right there. Needless to say, he was in a rush to leave because I left with my broken phone and the oriental guy along with the manager slipped out the back door! Now is time for me to upgrade. I went back to the store and Sean help me. Sean was so pleasant. I end up buying two iPhone. I had accidentally left my charger at the store that day. I went back the next day and ask if I can have my charger. Alex was trying to help but Olga (she was sitting down at the computer yelling) "all the chargers in here belong to Verizon! I look at her and was thinking, "No one was talking to you in the first place!" I calmly looked at Alex and explained to him that I brought two iPhones from Sean Moore yesterday and I left one of my iPhone chargers. She is still yelling from across the room as she stares into the computer. Thank GOD CJ was there. He remember me and vouch for me. (because at this point, Alex is trying to find a charger while OLGA IS YELLING) all I know, I wasn't leaving until I get my charger! shortly afterwards the manager walk over with my charger in his hand and handed it to CJ. I was thankful when CJ hand it to me. At least that had quiet down the non-helpful Olga that gave me the impression I was lying! I walk out the store and than walked back in to tell CJ THANK YOU once again for making me feel like a CUSTOMER and not a CRIMINAL! I NEVER EVER FOR AS LONG AS I LIVE SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN! Find another store! They have TOXIC PEOPLE working here. (There are a few great people like Alex, Sean and CJ, but BUYERS BEWARE) There are good eggs and bad eggs and we all know what it smells like to get a bad egg...ROTTON TO THE CORE. Never again... I hope Olga have a better day. She was rude for no reason!

      Being a very non-satisfied Verizon customer: I was very satisfied with the customer service here.

      Everyone was very friendly, even our sales representative- Jon
      They seemed fairly knowledgeable and other associates pitched in and made it seem like a more laid back visit.
      Ordered me and my husband's Galaxy s8 from this sales rep.
      Originaly we had ordered it at MacArthur but he went above and beyond to bring it to the Verizon Store near our location.

      *And even when our VR headset promotional gifts game, he did the same thing*
      Very helpful, would do business again but I think I have all I need.

      Some of the sales rep here are good, other don't give a crap about ANY issues you have once you walk out the door. I'm still dealing with account issues from 2 iphones we bought in Dec 2020. They just don't or can't, get you what they promised at the time if the sale. Some of this is Verizon because they don't update your billing account the day you purchase or change anything so you have to deal with issues for months and the reps at Cellular Sales don't want to help at all. Find a new dealer, these people such, in a big way.
