Staff is always friendly and helpful and gets my mail where it needs to go! I've visited this location several times and have always been impressed by the patience and speed of service.

For the past 3 years I've been getting some Spanish name per say mail in my mailbox at my apartment complex please just "STOP" putting other people mail in my box once more just stop...

No stars. This is without a doubt the worst post office in America. Each week I end up delivering pieces of mail to my neighbors houses because the driver does not double check what mail they are putting in what box. I have had packages delivered to me open and the contents have been removed. I had packages they claim were delivered but on further checking were not or they were sent to a different area all together. I have had mail on rainy days delivered soaking wet or the driver leaves the mail box open in the rain so that the mail gets soaking wet before you can get it. They are the worst post office I have ever seen. I would have given them Zero stars but that is not allowed on this site

I give this 0/5 stars, i don't receive ANY of MY mail. Even the Valdosta utility bills that are supposed to be mailed to my house. Packages always say "out for delivery" even early in the mornings 6-8am NEVER get delivered same day, sit back and watch your EXPECTED mail to drive right past your house every single time. the drivers are shady and racist and always deliver my black neighbors mail but not mine? Probably because I'm white? Lol. This usps office is even worse the counter workers are rude and don't care. They are definitely stealing mail/packages

This Post office frequently misses delivery/pickup to our local business. Tracking numbers state "out for delivery" but nobody shows. When I try to call the office to inquire they do not answer the telephone. We have have even had packages scanned as "delivered" when they in fact weren't.

It's now become a standard that when I see an "out for delivery" update on my tracking number, I KNOW I won't receive it that day. Three deliveries in a row (ranging from 16 Aug 2022 to 5 OCT 2022) AFTER the time frame has passed I'll get a "a delivery was attempted" notification, even though it wasn't. If you're in the valdosta area, pay for UPS or Fedex if the option is available from your seller.

The staff here is slow and impolite. We waited for 10 min, only to be told they couldn't help us with our situation. The post office in Lakeland is much more helpful and friendly. I will GLADLY make the drive to avoid high wait times and rude unprofessional customer service. I'm very disappointed yet again here.
Avoid this location if you can!

What is it with this particular post office and delivery of Amazon packages? I've had several times when my carrier scanned them as delivered but they're not. Then they show up days later. Even though the pervious information on the delivery confirmation tracking shows the exact day they show up at the post office. And must be just sitting there because they're getting scanned as delivered. I guess it's a case of when my carrier feels like getting out of his LLV and delivering my packages is when I actually recieve them.

I ordered items from Amazon. I was expecting them on Saturday. I didn't receive them on that day. I thought I did not received them. However, on the following Tuesday, I found one of the packages in my mailbox opened. I went on the site to see if the other item was delivered. it showed that both was delivered to my address on Saturday on my porch or steps. This is a lie, neither was left at my address. I checked the mailbox all day that day. I had to walk down the steps in order to get to the mailbox. I am very, very upset. Who ever the substitute postal carrier was for that day messed up. I do not know what she did but she did not do what she said she did, deliver my package to my address. Whom ever had my packages opened it and then put one of them in the mailbox. I never did get the other. Luckily, Amazon said they would either replace the items or refund my money. However, I still wanted to vent about this, because I am very angry. It's the principal of the matter.
