Absolute perfection!! Helped remove old tint in hard to remove places with special tools that she had. Used her experience and expertise to layout and paid attention to detail on all window tinting! I love her work and my car looks amazing and brand new!! Thank you so much!

This was a COMPLETE joke. Today my boyfriend and I wanted our front windows tinted to match the back windows on both of our trucks. Upon getting into my truck once it was finished, I noticed a bunch of scratch marks on the tint. Mind you, this is a brand new truck, it has ZERO scratches on the windows. The marks went all sorts of directions and looked like finger nail scratches. The back windows don't have anything like that and it's distracting. So, I texted her that I noticed scratches and she said she would come by. I went up into the house waiting for her and before I even knew she was here, she leaves and says she sees nothing..... the conversation was so beyond unprofessional and rude. I asked her to please remove it. By the time I went downstairs to take photos, she was already ripping it off. Needless to say, I didn't get my money back and as soon as the tint was removed, not a single scratch.... shocker. It just keeps getting better though. Upon my boyfriend getting to his truck, he noticed the truck had been moved....so this woman decided to actually drive his truck without permission. On one of the windows, the tint was cut a half inch shorter than the window. The final cherry on top, she let her dog into his truck and left paw marks all over the center console and didn't even bother to wipe it off. What's even better is a bartender in the area referred to her as "crazy Karen". That being said, if you want an average tint for little money, she's your girl.

To start off I called to ask for estimates And was greeted by a very hard to hear lady, which was fine. I then went to confirm that this was for car tinting and not anything else, because that's what I'm looking for, and she goes "this is called tint the keys". Very rudely, and with a lot of attitude. I expect more from local places, considering I live local and love the support local. Will never be calling them again, and I hope you do not as well.

Karen does great work. She has down all of my vehicles since i moved to the keys. She's also installed tints at my house. Great service, great price.

The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and this company apparently hates the military. When asked if they offered a military discount, the woman then replied "Um no, I hate the military. They're paid billions of dollars to destroy lives, but thanks for asking." Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but due to this malicious sarcasm paired with the rude way the phone was answered, I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Not impressed. Went back and forth to try to get my car windows tinted and got the run around. I also got a lot of automatic text messages that said "I can't talk now." Very unprofessional

My mom had been in a car accident in Massachusetts, so I went home for several weeks. I could not keep up with everything and my business in Florida. I often clicked, 'Sorry, I can't talk right now' on my iPhone, and could not try to explain myself to this disgruntled poster. I hope she found someone else to tint her car.

"Tint The Keys" arrived when they said they would, left samples to review under different lighting conditions, came back when scheduled, and did a great job installing tint on 6 windows. Very professional. Thanks.

I mistakenly hired this company to tint several sliding glass doors. It was a big job, approximately 500 sf. I chose them because they gave me the lowest quote at $5.00/sf., vs. $6.00 - $7.00 per sf. When Karen, the very unprofessional owner, came to do the job, she complaint about the glass window panes on top of 2 of our sliding glass window sections; wining that she had not included the panes in her estimate. So I gave her a $200.00 tip at the end, which I thought was pretty generous. When she finished the job, I noticed that in certain areas there were air pockets and warps in the tint film. Karen said not to worry, that those would go away in about a week. Well, a month went by and the air pockets & warps were still there. After calling Karen several times, she finally agreed to return, she came to look at the imperfections in the film, but said she couldn't fix them at the time because she had to go to lunch with a friend, and that she would return at a later time. After numerous phone calls and text messages, Karen finally said that she wouldn't return to fix the shoddy work she left behind.
Tint The Keys' claim to fame is that they've been in business for over 20 years. The only way one can explain this is that it is very difficult to get any kind of work done in the Keys due to the shortage of labor and contractors, so there is not much of a choice or competition. My experience with Tint The Keys is a perfect example of the old saying: "you get what you pay for". If you are looking for window tinting in the Florida Keys, you will be well-advised to look elsewhere, even if you have to pay more.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Wilfredo Gonzalez has been harassing me for months now over a Tint job that he got at a minimal price. He had me do a blind bid and misrepresented the square footage, resulting in a $2,000 bid. I went to his home and readjusted the bid to $2,500. He insisted on a discount, and since the windows were large, I gave him $300 off, over 10%. Next, his wife texted me and asked for the original $2,000 to stand. I refused. Next, Mr. Wilfredo Gonzales added 18 windows to the 23 window job (resulting in my 'whining'), while I was at his extra home on Duck Key. The post inspection should be done at 6 feet from the installation, not on your hands and knees and on a ladder as Mr. Gonzalez was doing when I went to his house for the fourth time. I'm surprised he didn't have a magnifying glass in his hand. While I was tinting the sliding glass doors in the bedroom, I had to work around the valance installers. The valances apparently were installed improperly on an earlier date. Mr. Gonzales put a complaint into the Better Business Bureau against me, I wrote several rebuttals and he wrote several as well. He sent photos, I sent texts. The Better Business Bureau closed the case 01/17/2017. Mr. Wilfredo Gonzalez called my distribution company as well; I've been installing Llumar film since 1992. I don't know what this man expects from me but I have many repeat customers. I can not continue to attempt to satisfy a man who has unreasonable expectations. He is cheap and a slanderer. Have a nice day.
