I called the store would not answer the phone the routed me to headquarters. There they don't no anything'. But they were asking for your personal information how strange is that but if you want to give your things away they'll drop whatever they want to go get it but they help you they won't

Sadly. No treasures here. But I did come right before closing on a Sunday and they did have color of the week tags are 50% off. They get points for right off the freeway since it's a quick in and out. It's also pretty big with a large clothing section and a separate room for HomeGoods.

Sometime ago I went to donate a number of items. I wanted to use one of their carts to bring the items in but the receptionist said the cart should not be taken outside. Which was a way of telling me she did not want my donations. I'm a Filipino. Is this store whose existence depends on donation engaged in racial profiling?

I love coming to this location! No hassle, easy drop off, nice people. I filled up two carts and still have so much more to give.

We've gone multiple times to this location and never had a problem but today when we were shopping in the glassware section we were approached by one of the workers. She was an older woman with short dark hair, she told us that they were closing in 15 mins and we said okay thank you and kept looking. She turned the lights from the whole glassware section off. That was so rude especially because I had my kids and sister with me, the store wasn't closed yet and there was probably 30 people still in the store. We were almost done with the section too and we were going to leave right after but when she did that we just ended up leaving. Pretty messed up to treat people like that.

I've been in here several times and this is possibly the worst Salvation Army I've been too. For several reasons. Any time I find something nice, not even name brand, the price is INSANE. I understand there's a mission behind the prices, such as it is for many thrift stores. However, why would I pay $5-10 for used clothing? $20 for shoes? Even the kids clothing was priced way too high.

Beyond the prices, this place has a lot of junk. ALOT. It could be better organized, and cleaned perhaps. I remember a very foul smell last time I was there.

I'll peak in occasionally and each time I'm disappointed.

This was my favorite thrift store in that area. They are still closed. Wish they would open
