I had the pleasure of working with Kate-Trokey Harris on a probate case over the past few years. As someone who was working with her from out of state, I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. She was knowledgeable, reliable and honest. I couldn't recommend her more.

Kate Trokey-Harris is a liar and lazy waiting for final settlement to be given to court. Over 2 months being told she working on it and it would be done that week. Next week same story. Won't get anybody from office to tell me the truth. This case has been open for 2 and 1/2 years because Kate is lazy and won't do her job. Going to file complaint with ocdc in Jefferson city.

Absolutely most unethical Law Firm I have ever encountered. Represented me and my father for 10 years then 10 years later took a huge case against us. Conflicting of interest at its finest....

Very unprofessional with me he has been rude and mean in handling me as a widow and i might have been further along representing myself! He yells at me every time I call.

I used this firm for a Divorce, they drug their feet like they were paid off, I hired Kevin Dunaway but was given Melissa Bade as she was not as busy, Melissa went out for maternity leave and then Kevin finally stepped in and charged me again to review my case, so I got to pay double. I chose this firm as they were older and established but they are not worth 2 cents for divorce. I fired them in December 2015 and they had racked up almost $20,000 in charges for me in less than 6 months.... As I was paying the bills Kevin treated me like I was to blame for everything, not something you want when your paying someone $250 per hour to be on your side. I would have been better off representing myself, and saved money.
