Thanh Pham - State Farm Insurance Agent

Before I met with Thanh, I purchased my insurance online and accepted whatever was recommended.  Let's be honest most of us (self included) know nothing about insurance except that we need it or are required to have it by law.

After I met with Thanh, I had a more comprehensive understanding of what I needed to protect myself and my assets.  Thanh was very patient and thorough in explaining my options and his recommendations.

Because of my meeting with Thanh, I now am a better informed
consumer and feel confident in my choices and knowing that I have the best coverage for my needs.  I really appreciate his willingness to share his knowledge with me and his patience in answering my many (many) questions.

I've been working with Thanh for about the last 5 years. We started working together when I bought my first house and he's been nothing but positive and helpful throughout the whole process. I've also had instances where I've had questions around claims against my policy as I live in an HOA and he's been a calming force, talking me through each step of the way.

I am very happy w/ State Farm. I moved from CA and was referred to Thanh. Was extremely happy w/ State Farm there, and still am now. Yes, I did have to follow up a few times in the beginning to transfer my records, but boy was it worth it! I rely a lot on email for communication, as do most people! Thanh always responds SO fast and timely. That is the life saver. He is always there when I call too.

So far, he's helped w/ insuring jewelry and my bike (yes, I'm skeptical about Philly here for stolen property) and I live in Old City (fairly safe IMO and I came from SF ya'll).

There was even a discrepancy w/ a car rental where I received a flat tire and he was able to seamlessly help me out and make a claim so that I am refunded for any out of pocket expense. I would say I email/bug him enough as a client, but you know, I like to keep my car and my property safe and insured... You take care of your car, he'll take care of you!

State Farm has been a godsend to me. Thanh and his assistant are always courteous and have great customer service. Thanks to AJ in CA for referring me to him.

The people that work here are always very patient and kind to me. I moved to philly for school and whenever I have a question (from auto to renters to where to take my car in town) I always go to them and trust what they tell me. Thanh is friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

Thanh makes insurance fun! I never thought such a thing was possible, but I've been with him and his team for 3 years now. Thanh is really trustworthy and makes you feel comfortable - whether you are interacting with him via phone or in his office. He really seems to have his client's interests as priority, which I have come to appreciate in the past 3 years!

When I came into the office looking to lower my current insurance rate, Thanh and his team not only recommended me different options but also were very transparent on what the premium will look like if I changed different parts of my coverage (e.g. Full/Limited Tort, mileage, etc). We also chatted for almost 45-minutes because Thanh was so approachable and willing to answer any questions I had about auto insurance!

Not only Thanh awesome but so is his team! I got into an accident 3 months after buying my brand new car, and Brittani and Rebecca were so supportive and made the process as stress-free as possible.

I have now had Auto and Condo insurance from Thanh Pham's agency for over a year and am extremely satisfied. When I first signed up, I was impressed with Rebecca; she was wonderful and answering all my questions. A recent auto injury was handled swiftly and with minimal effort on my part.
After I submitted a query online (about an additional service option), I was happily surprised to receive a phone call by Than himself! He was friendly, helpful and gave me his honest opinion and advice. It is nice to have an insurance agency that actually cares about their customers.

We are buying a car for the first time and need auto insurance. Than explained every line of the policy to me in plain English. My next question was how to get the policy when I'm on the lot on a Saturday. Before I could ask it, he anticipated the question--his number rings through to State Farm's 24/7 office. Just give them the VIN, make payment by CC, and drive off the lot!

The auto policy also saves us on our homeowners insurance, so he described how a refund would happen and advised us to apply it back to our escrow account.

Working with Thanh was quick and easy. He anticipated my needs and got it all done in just a couple of phone calls and an electronic signature. If I needed to visit in person, it's nice his office is right in the neighborhood.

I've been using State Farm since I was a kid in Western PA, when I relocated to Philadelphia from Chicago I needed to seek out a new agent. By luck I ended up using Thanh's office and working with he and Rebecca. I've now been using them for ten years between Philadelphia, Bucks County, and New Jersey. They handle my life insurance, homeowners, auto, and various other policies. I hear from them regularly to make sure everything is in order, that my coverage is sufficient, and to address any concerns (of which there have been zero). The folks here are very capable, friendly, and really make sure that you're taken care of. I have gladly referred my friends and family to them.

I have never been a fan of insurance firms so I took my chance at a smaller office of Mr. Thanh Pham. He and his assistant, Rebecca were very professional and friendly. In the world lack of personal communication and abundance of advertisement, this tiny insurance office gave me a new view on insurance agents and also trust. Highly recommend.
