Storage access was just that, "easy!." They are accommodating and very responsive to questions or concerns. The unit was clean and ready when we got there and online payments were quick and easy. I would definitely recommend TGI Storage facility for all those in need of some extra space.

Nice facility, easy to access, self serviced. I have been renting here for over 2 years without any issues whatsoever. I am sure if they have climate controlled storages but those would be great.

These are last resort storage units. Don't willingly use them.

All units leak water from the roof. I turned down two units with obvious leaks and then the one that I landed in developed a leak in the exact same spot of the other two.

Photos are of some things where mold that grew from the extensive water damage....

Now everything has mold spores and/or water damage. Most of my stuff is going to have to be thrown out.

They raised my rent $20/mo the month after I moved in. Only reason I chanced this facility was affordability. Then they nullified it 30 days after I moved in.

I can not get into my storage unit , they plowed and piled the snow up to my door , I called and said the snow is up to to lock and the door won't open , they said it's my job to clear the snow not them !!!! So basically I need to rent a plow to plow and no I'm OK. Clean and clear there property !! For them and I already pay almost 200$ a month ,, as soon as I can get into my storage unit, I am moving my crap out and not returning. It just sucks I was suppose to get stuff I need out today . This place sucks

Filthy location. Very dirty inside and out and your things will end up covered in dirt as well even inside a box. The grounds are also terribly maintained and completely rutted out everywhere. Hard to drive with a regular car. They do not maintain this location at all.

Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. The prices here are more than every other storage in Fort Morgan or Brush. It simply is not worth it to pay extra for bad service and no help from the owners.

This place is awful. There is never anyone there and everything is handled electronically. Their website states there hours but when I arrived with a friend's truck loaded with furniture, the gates were lock. There was no code, nothing. I called the number and got someone, somewhere who said no one could come and open the gate. Totally uncooperative. I had to rent a hotel room to put the furniture in and then rent a truck the next day to get it to the storeroom. Zero service!! Never again!!
