Terrible experience and worst customer service from this company. Was charged for a repair that was due to their poor work and should have been warranty. Buyer beware!

We went to TAS in Oneonta & found the people to be very rude, didn't want to come to our house for an inspection, prices were very high, We went o our house, took to Hearths A Fire up the street and they were very professional, came out to take measurements ,and had nothing but quality in their store.
