Sugar Factory - Queens

I always wanted to eat at Sugar Factory, so I decided to make reservations and see what it's about. The restaurant location is inside the World's Resort Casino. The staff is friendly, seated right away. The ambiance is beautiful. I love the pink napkins and the crystal chandeliers. Didn't have to ask for water it was brought to the table right away.
I ordered the sugar factory club sandwich on whole wheat bread served fries and a Coors light beer.
The food was delicious.
I would like to come back next time and order a goblet drink.

Everything was amazing, the service was especially the servers

We were there for the soft and grand opening of this beloved restaurant that we have been to in NYC, NJ, and CT. Seeing Pauly D DJ and being about 5 feet from the turntables and him, was awesome. Seeing 50 Cent, just inches away was amazing, too. It's so cool how they have partnerships with these celebrities. Unfortunately, no one was able to get too close to Pauly D, but when we went to the grand opening in Times Square, which I'll post, soon, Nick Cannon was taking pics with ppl while DJing. He was so cool.

We have been going to this place since their very first location that they opened, which was in the Meatpacking, in Manhattan. We would go every week. They waiters knew us. They would ask if we wanted the usual, which was usually, lemon pancakes, a chocolate shake made thin, and a banana split. He was like 2 yrs old when I first took him there. Since then, they had moved to a much larger location, down the block, in the Meatpacking, but during Cov, closed that location.

We were there for the grand opening on the UWS, have been to the one in Atlantic City on his birthday, where they have him a cupcake and a candle, when he told them it was his birthday. We've visited the location in Foxwoods Casino, in CT, for NYC Dadí's birthday, and recently, to the Cherry Hill location in NJ, a few months ago.

You can't go wrong with The Sugar Factory. The ambiance is so chic. They have private party rooms at some locations. We suggest to make a reservation, especially at certain locations, like Times Square. They also serve breakfast. I cannot say enough great things about this place.

Went for my nieces birthday dinner. My only complaint is there really isn't a kids menu but we made due. My children had the rainbow sliders and Fries. My niece had a plain cheeseburger and I had the ribeye. My steak was well seasoned but had a little more fat than I would have liked. Ny children loved the milkshakes and hot chocolate. They had a Cookie Monster shake and a pink unicorn hot chocolate. I would strongly suggest this place for a young persons birthday or a girls night out. The real star of the evening was our waiter, he was extremely patient and attentive. His name is MOCTAR B.

I love sugar factory. It's such a cute spot for selfie and the food is actually really good. Especially the unique drinks and desserts yummmm.... The service was great and staff was super nice!!!
A bit pricey but it's so worth it.

Sugar Factory is located inside the Resorts World Casino.The restaurant is beautifully decorated. Staff was friendly, food came quickly. There's a mandatory 20% charge on the bill.

Very cute ambiance. Quiet. Clean. No wait time. They are very friendly and the food is tasty.

First and foremost, I would say do what my coworker told me to do that anytime I go here , to ask for NASIM!If you get him consider yourself *All Set and be ready to be treated like Royalty*

I had set up a reservation to bring myself and my family to enjoy a special dinner. I was greeted, and I asked for the table where I can have "Love Life" on the background as I think it's one of the best seats at the restaurant.

The server Nasim M. came a few minutes later, and we told him about our allergies issues and dietary restrictions. Mr Nasim recommended us alternatives and even went above and beyond in seeing if it was possible to make select dishes without the ingredients we could not consume.

He came back to us after our decision to select some dishes and consulting with the chef. He was very informative, very caring, as if we were his family. Mr Nasim M is an asset to Hyatt Regency, Sugar Factory and Resorts World.

Our food items did take about 15 minutes, but upon getting it, we asked to have the drinks presented at the same time. They complied and made it a very memorable experience for me and my family.

Our drinks were non alcoholic and food did not contain any alcoholic beverages or any meat such as pork. One of the other things that I love about this place is having assets like Mr Nasim M. who made sure allergies we had from Gelatin that he did not place any gummy into the drinks as many times we have had this issue.

We really enjoyed the waffles with ice cream and also shrimps were super fresh and juicy


Again, if you go there, make sure to ask for Mr Nasim and consider yourself all set for your special visit.

Came here for a friends birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Super clean! Great music, and the music wasn't too loud. We came on a Tuesday evening so it was very chill. Everyone's food was delicious! Even though my pasta wasn't super hot it was still really good. I very rarely find Alfredo that I like but this one was good!

I LOVE THE DECOR! The flowers on the walls, the white trees, the pictures, everything!

My only complaint is how long it took for the food to come. There were few people in there but the food still took forever. And everyone's food was hot except mine I guess mine was the first to be ready.

This is a hidden gem in queens inside of the casino. I was very pleased with my visit and to celebrate my niece 16th birthday!!! This location is so pretty, if you have a daughter and she's a pretty in pink type of girl look no further this is the perfect location. There ambiance is much better then the city locations. Parking is free you don't have to worry about the traffic and expensive city parking or driving around to find a street park.

Our waiter was super nice and also gave suggestions from the menu. I had the lobster tail and spinach and artichoke dip and it was very filling and tasteful. I would definitely recommend this location to others. If you go enjoy and also stop in the casino you never know it may be your lucky day!!!
