I asked for same day service, mid afternoon. I shouldn't say that, since it may not always be possible, but I got two t shirts printed and to my uber delivery within 2 hours. The t's are great quality, and the printing is spot on in color and consistency.

These were my samples, and I will be coming back with more, and embroidery as well.

Smooth phone and email communication for a last minute embroidery job. Set up fee was half the amount quoted by other shops I reached out to in LA. The owner even threw in a couple extra patches for free. Thanks for the great work!

Needed some handkerchiefs embroidered last minute, owner replied to my inquiry right away and I was able to get my order done in less than a week! Would definitely recommend.

Having no time to do a simple job... I can understand that. However, if you're that busy, hire people, coordinate your business, grow! ...but have the courtesy to be professional, friendly, your lousy attitude about new clients really baffled me... I actually used this place a lot - ten years ago, even brought good tequila for each job done (now you remember...) they were excellent in those days! ...but this latest experience just shows us costumers; don't support this place! ...buzz off!

WOOOW. I made a last minute holiday order to get some sweatshirts embroidered and they came out amazing! They were better than I could have imagined and came just in time for gifting. The quality of the embriodery was great and the way they took my logo and a colored reference photo, and brought the embriodery to life! Wanted a good patch to go with my motorcycle vest. I had read the reviews of this place and it was quite a bit of a drive for myself. However, I can say hands down the best choice for custom patches and the finest work done for what I wanted. I spoke with the main desk person Pablo who was very helpful and showed me every detail of the process leading to the final result. His team did an outstanding job on the detailing and the final product to which I will recommend other motorcyclist looking for an awesome piece to go here. It might take a bit of time too but it's well worth the wait.

Great customer service at an awesome price!

I needed to get some scrub tops embroidered for work. I had sent an email to Pablo to see how much it would cost and was quoted a pretty fair price. I decided to stop by after work to drop them off. I brought a jacket that I had previously embroidered elsewhere and they were able to provide a close match in terms of text and size. The turnaround time was a few days, but the embroidery job was much better than I had expected. For the two tops it costs about $32 for 2 lines of text on each.

There is some street metered parking available and due to COVID, you don't enter the store, but complete the transaction from the doorway. If I need a few more tops embroidered in the future I will definitely be coming back.
