these two young men showed up on time and ready to work. they did a lot of work in a short amount of time and get a great job. I'm not sure if this was the office they work out of but they were too tall young fellers and they get after it!! I highly recommended.

They essentially just spray your carpet with hot water and suck it up. If you don't pay for extra treatments or services there is no way they could clean a carpet thoroughly. The prices that they advertise are for nothing basically. Their focus is to upsell for what you thought you were getting anyway. I did 10x better by using a Bissell that I bought at Walmart. #wasteofmoney

Advertise as Danville business but when I called I was given an outrageous price due to driving from Champaign. When I questioned why they were coming from Champaign instead of Danville I was told they didn't have an office in Danville only a phone number that rings into Champaign office. Seems shady to me. All their coupons are worthless if you read the fine print. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. BEWARE!

I was able to schedule the cleaning quickly at my convenience. They were punctual, courteous and did an excellent job cleaning traffic areas and completely removing two black spots.
