This place sucks! Dont waste your time coming to this location. Ive came here but thought I'd give them a second chance. Well I regret it.
The first time I came here was to activate my galaxy i bought off craigslist brought it in and this girl didnt even know what she was talking about. She said my phone was no good that it had a bad esn when it didnt! I had to call customer service for them to activate.

Second, 5 months later i brought my phone to the repair center and the gentlemen tried however i came back 4 times the same day for him to "try" to fix it. I gave up and decided to go the Sprint off Sierra and Valley THATS THE place to go.

So I just left sprint right now and they had me waiting for 30min and this girl didnt even care to ask what I was there for. The other employee, was nagging about how he wanted to go and not be at work and said "sorry im just being honest." Finaalllyy we tell her and she apparently cant "help" us. Thats bullshit! so if you live in Rialto area go to Sierra.

Came in and was convinced to switch from T-Mobile because I would get an iPhone X, Case & Wireless Charger. 3 weeks later, still no case & no wireless charger. The manager is really hard to get a hold of and does not return phone calls. The woman who convinced me to go with Sprint, all of a sudden does not work there anymore. Seems they needed customers so they straight lie about "bundles". I will definitely be contacting the BBB.

Came here to switch from AT&T. Robert was super helpful and got my husband and I a great deal. He went over all the pricing so we knew exactly where we stood. Very pleasant experience and we'll definitely come here in the future

Went into the store. Did a phone upgrade. The rep was nice to me.
Polite. It went by pretty quickly . Yes I am happy with my new cellphone.

I went in and paid my phone bill and she said it will be activated within an hour or two and it's been 2 hours and it's still not activated and then I call customer service and go to recent payments and the payment I just am de wasn't even one of them and to top it off they just closed now I have to wait u til tomorrow it's BS

I have had the WORST experience EVER with this store. I originally went in to try and lower my payment and get my dad a new phone. Iris assisted me. She said my dad was eligible for a galaxy s9 for $9 a month. I said ok. The whole transaction took almost 3 hours!!!!!! I was patient and just figured cool at least this is over. Well...a couple of days later Isis calls back and said OOPS I made a mistake and you're not eligible for the galaxy s9 for $9 ( apparently it's for new customers only) and said to come in and exchange it for something else. I work crazy hours and said my dad would have to go in. I called and spoke to some guy ( forgot his name) and he said yeah send him down. Well...my dad was there for 2 1/2 hours!!!!!! Just to switch phones?! And they didn't reimburse me the tax on the galaxy S9. I tried calling them to complain but they stop answering their phones right at 8pm. All in all this has been an awful experience and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I'm also contacting corporate and whoever I can to make them aware of this.

I went there on Sunday because my screen is on the verge of breaking. The rep was nice, Evelyn, she informed me the technician was not in yet but she would call to verify if he was coming in and what time. I decided to wait for the technician and in the mean time she did a great job and even helped me back up my photos so I wouldn't lose them in the case that my phone broke. Once the technician got there he took a look at my phone and let me know that he did not have the part needed to did my phone but to keep in contact and he would fix it for me...overall I was happy with my service, especially because I went to another location with an appt and the technician said he was to busy to help me to come back later.

This is a horrible store, do not go here you will get screwed out of money!!

First, this is not even a Sprint store it is "an authorized dealer"

We went to sign up with Sprint they're cut my bill in half promotion. The guy who helped us was Gary, We needed 3 phones I asked if all our contacts, pictures and misc will be transferred to new phones yes yes absolutely that was the 1st lie.

We asked how long he worked there making small talk. He said 1 year there But he had to keep asking other employees questions how to do procedures another lie. Gary gave us a price what our plan would be. I decided to call sprint a gut feeling I had it was too good to be true, it was. I was told our price was going to be $60.00 more than what he said per month. I was furious we went back to the store to cancel the contract. The store manager and Gary said Sprint corporate doesn't know what their talking about that's not going to be the price they both were fumbling on their words another lie. We had to pay a restocking fee of $105.00 and was told our refund for the phones would come back to us in 3-7 days it is now day 12 no refund yet.

We went back to this store Gary said we are not sprint customers so he doesn't have to deal with us. We are corporates problem now.

Yes, I'll agree this is not the most efficient phone center. But l had a small phone issue after the last update. I walk in and was greeted with a hello and ask how they could help me. My issue was addressed quickly and efficiently by my surprise, and fixed! So on this visit I'll award them two stars.
