      Worst service ever. For about ten years I've been throwing money away by using them. They enrolled me in an insurance providers Gold package for ~$750/month. I went on the MA Health Connector and that same package was ~$500/month. I signed up for the same insurance provider's Platinum package for ~$650/month and have a $0 deductible and much lower copays. SBSB where is all the money you've stolen from me?

      WORST COMPANY EVER! We use them as a third party company for our health insurance. They decided to change one of our employees address with our health insurance to an address she lived at over 15 years ago. I called to try and get it fixed since it was there error. At first they stated that I had to leave a message and some one would call me back with in 24 hours. I argued and argued to get thru to some one right away saying that it could not wait. (our employee was unable to get her prescriptions with the health insurance having the wrong address on file) The Health Insurance company said they needed something from SBSB in order to change the address back since they are the one's that changed it in the first place.

      After finally getting through to a rep at SBSB she stated my name was not on the account so she could not talk to me. I know for a fact I was added to to the account 3 separate times because this kept happening. The only person she would talk to is someone who was on vacation for a week. So now our employee has to wait a week until our boss gets back from vacation than he will have to wait 24 hours to get a call back. This is just plan crazy. They changed the address in error and now they wont change it back???

      Billing is horrible! My doctor all of sudden is not on my plan and they won't pay. Very inflexible for changes. This is my 12th year using them. The service has gotten so bad, I am now changing. I don't even care that it is going to cost me a lot more going to someone else. It will be worth it to get rid of their accounting!
