Skin Laundry has been absolutely transformational for both me and my teen daughter and I highly recommend their services.
The clinical technicians and front desk staff are so amazing - Marg and Kylee upfront, and Kennedy and Taylor on the lasers. They have become the best part of our weekly routine with their bright and brilliant personalities and great conversation. A+ all around.

Too pricey for services not out of the ordinary. Not a soul in there on a Saturday . Girls felt like they were pretty snobby

Their policies are ridiculous, I earned 2 laser treatments while I had their membership and when I cancelled it with a manger he failed to tell me that I would lose the 2 treatments. Only when I tried booking a treatment is when they told me I forfeited those treatments when I cancelled. This place is just out for your money they don't care about the customer. Also the manager title is given out loosely.

I struggle with acne and acne scarring and I've done everything from chemical peels, to co2 lasers, microneedling, filler, etc with not much success. And just WOW!!!! I was skeptical just because I've done everything under the sun but I'm so happy with the results I've seen!

My partner and I decided to get a membership after our first treatment; that's how great we felt.
I adore Kaylee, the front receptionist, she always makes me laugh and enjoy my experience there.
The atmosphere is super chic, warmly open and spotless. The nurses are incredibly knowledgeable. A video is presented to demonstrate what the facials are all about and once you're ready the session is very relaxing and just the right amount of time. They'll give you recommendations for your treatment goals, but there is zero pressure to purchase anything. You're in charge of your own health.
I've gone twice already and had the Signature Facial. My next appointment is scheduled for the Thermo Fractional Facial. I'm super excited for it!
As a first time guest, the signature facial is $75, when normally it's $250 as a non-member, which is a steal!

I had to select 1 star otherwise it would be no stars! This is like the fast food of skin care! Totally deceptive advertising don't fall for it! I drove 45 min to my appt just to have them try and upsell me into their membership! I am so sick of these type of companies, they're not about skin care they're about the all mighty dollar! Buyer beware!
