Sims Electric

Sims installed my furnace and air conditioner several years ago. I do get the yearly contract to tune up both. They always do a great job and never have had any issues.

The scheduler didn't do a good job scheduling the guys because the job was a all day and they rush though it. I have been calling to get them back here to fix the ceiling fan light kit
Because as they told me it's the brain of the fan so it doesn't work (when we opened the box to the fan light kit was broken had to go back to lowes to replace it when I got back the guys were gone but before I left he show me how to install the kit it didn't work I'm a female) they did a great job on my others stuff but they were in a rush so I'm waiting for the scheduler to call me (it's been two weeks today I just call again and I'm waiting on Michelle)
