We came home from a weekend away to water pouring out of house. It was scary and traumatic. Clayton led the effort that did a great job of getting there right away and addressing the problem. From there, Jason was the point person for our house, and his team did a great job of showing up each day and getting the clean up taken care of.

I did take off 1 star because once cleanup was done, we had some issues getting some final things taken care of. It wasn't until Clayton came back from an out-of-town project that he was able to help us, but he did the next day. Make sure to ask for Clayton - he literally saved us during this whole process.

Savannah is one of the most component, knowledgeable,and kindest teamleaders I have ever had the pleasure to know. I had to go out of town at the last minute and came back to an unimaginable pet disaster. She and her team of Josiah and Bryce went way above and beyond. Savannah even brought my dog a treat and fed it to him...I mean...tears of joy. I am so grateful

I just bought a new house, but the former owner was a heavy smoker. Thanks to Servpro they came in and cleaned the walls, floors, ceilings and everything in between and got rid of the cigarette smell that was all over the house. The staff was very professional and friendly and did a great job.

Bill Artis, Vince and their crew were fantastic to work with and took every precaution to take care of a mold and water damage to my grandfathers house. We didn't find the water leak sooner due to my grandfather being on an oxygen machine and no longer went to his basement. Bill fought with the insurance company to get this covered but State Farm decided to not cover it even though we had been with them for over 40 years and never filed a claim. The staff did everything they could to help a retired vet that also had medical condition to get this all resolved and everyone was great to work with. I would recommend them again. I had a bad experience with service master so please don't mistake the 2 companies for the same. I would use Servepro of WS again. It was also wonderful to work with other previous military so I applaud this company for that as well.

I enjoyed working with Vince, Bill, and the whole crew when we had major water damage in our basement during hurricane Michael. They were quick to access the situation and come up with the best way to take care of the water damage. Very professional!! We will definitely use them again.
