Bassam and his team did a fantastic job dealing with the aftermath of my water heater breaking and creating extensive water damage to my home. He came out to assess the damage very quickly after my call and started the next day. He did an excellent job keeping me up to date on the clean up process and progress being made each day and has been very helpful with all of my questions.

He was recommended by my insurance company and I am very happy for the referral.

Bassam and Lynn did a very good job on the restoration of bathroom in my house. Lynn kept good communications and could be reached in the project. Bassam always came to appointments on time. Bassam is knowledgeable and can explain his suggestion to clean mold and repair the bathroom clearly. Bassam completed the job in a timely manner, and helped me to find an inspector to complete mold inspection to get a mold clearance report for insurance company's requirement.
I appreciate Lynn and Bassam's efforts to repair my bathroom, and would like to highly recommend his firm to other customers who need restoration of water damage at home.

On September 8, 2019, I arrived home to water raining on my kitchen and family room. The water supply line to the master bathroom toilet failed, and water was everywhere. I immediately called Service Master-Clean Care Restoration. Owners: Bassam and Lynn Kneizeh, were traveling home from a family weekend away. I was beside myself when they gave me an estimated arrival time to my home that night! I wasn't expecting that, but as soon as they said they would, Bassam was at my home with his work vehicle, assessed the situation, and got fans and humidifiers set up throughout my home. Areas where flood cuts were made for my insurance adjustor to inspect the degree of damage were made neat, clean, and no mess or demolition debris left behind. They worked seamlessly with my insurance adjustor. Service Master-Clean Care Restoration made me feel safe and cared about through a very stressful situation. Lynn kept me aware, informed, and provided me with copies of all paperwork for my records. They work efficiently, professionally, they respect your home & belongings, and they care. Lynn and Bassam Kneizeh have a good team of employees; Bruce and Cornell are great. Service Master had to pack out my entire house, and store my belongings for 8 months while I was displaced. They packed my things with great care, they labeled my items and rooms, and when they moved me back in, everything was just as it was, and accounted for. They called and checked to see if I needed help, they came by more than once to pick up all of the packing boxes. This business values their work, and professional reputation. They make you feel like family in how they care and empathize with you during a very unexpected, and stressful event. I don't wish water damage or fire on any person/family, but it does happen, and if it does: this is the business that will make a world of difference and see you through it. I thank The Kneizeh's and their staff.

They did a very thorough and detailed work. Bassam took his time to explain everything and went over all the steps. Before hiring this company, we went through another restoration company who only wasted our time, money and added to our level of stress. He cleaned up, so we didn't have to clean up after him. We strongly recommend this family company who treat any house as if they were their house :)))

So as someone that never find time to write reviews, every now and then a service comes along that just mandates a moment of saying thank you.
We had a plumbing mess in our house that needed immediate attention.
Bryan from Service Master showed up and with admirable dedication dealt with the issue for about a week tending to it day after day till the problem went away.
All that with great sensitivity to the fact we need to continue our daily routines while the drying takes place.
Nicole called on a daily base to check up on progress and set the next day visits.
Anyway, service done right.

I can't say enough about Servicemaster, Bethany and the crew.

We had severe smoke damage due to an oven fire soon after we moved to the area, and I didn't know where to turn. Fortunately, I knew enough locals to ask around, and everyone had the same answer: Call Servicemaster. They were great. Bethany was very professional and started by advising me to call my insurance agent. They came out quickly, and had a crew start work immediately.

I would recommend them to anyone.
