Roeing Corporation

Worst corporation ever. The ppl here don't know what to do. They lost all my customer information without apologizing. They are rude, procrastinated, and tried to shifted all their responsibility back to the customers.

Basically it is complete waste of time if you wanna get a good service here. Don't be surprised if they still the hardware from you.

The "supervisor" with some tattoo on his left arm in Roeing tried to threaten me. We tried to request a repair service for my lenovo product. However, Roeing did not care about their customer at all. When they screwed up, they used the abusive language against the customers. Worst customer experience ever.

Really disappointed in my experience with Roeing so far. We are a small business looking for help with Microsoft CRM. Had very little to show for the $750 paid for the "free" 30 day trial. After trial, we were left on our own to set up with no customer support from the consultant we were working with. Where is the customer support component of buying a Microsoft product? Every question we had for Roeing required a new invoice in order to answer it. We are now stuck with a year long license of CRM and can't even get help importing database to start using. When we expressed our dissatisfaction to our consultant, he just continued to reiterate we have to pay to get any more help.

Considering abandoning the Microsoft product all together and going to a new CRM because we are so frustrated.
