Terrible. Run. No transparency. Barely reply to emails, never reply to phone calls. A week from closing and we cant get a hold of anyone.

Real estate is a people business. Therefore, the quality of the people you interact with can make or break the deal. I had a wonderful experience with Ready Mortgage from working closely with loan officer, Eva Parsons.

Eva is a person that's easy to like. She's also highly qualified and experienced, direct, timely and makes it known she's on your side of the deal. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about interest rates, bank appraisals, the type of loan I was considering, my monthly mortgage payments and those dreaded closing costs (ahhh!). As the numbers kept changing I was always calling Eva up and asking, "What's my monthly payment going to be?". She would always find the time to run through the details which would calm my nerves. I knew I wasn't her only client, but there were many times where I felt like I was.

I understand there might be contrary opinions of this lender out there, but based on my experience I didn't encounter the negative points mentioned in the previous review. I'm not discounting the validity of negative reviews, but I think it's especially important to find a loan officer that's knowledgeable, trustworthy, communicative and is fun to work with. Once I outgrow my starter home, I'm 100% confident that I will return to Eva seeking help on my next big real estate purchase.

Absolutely terrible lender to deal with. I recently purchased a new home and was forced to utilize this service in order to receive closing credits and other incentives; however, I wish we would've used a legitimate bank or lending service.

First, the communication is absurd. 3-4 different people e-mail or call you any given time to ask for the same documents you already sent them, or they say you never sent them and ask to provide them again. They made a huge error in requesting my IRS transcripts which led to me having to pay extra money to expedite copies of IRS documents which they told me they would take care of free of charge initially, and then said they had no idea what I was talking about.

They are also very mysterious about certain things. I tried finding out what my interest rate would be, and they told me multiple times they didn't know what it would be until a few days prior to closing. If I would keep pressing the issue, they would ignore emails or phone calls.

Once I closed and move into my house, i then realized that other homeowners within my complex also had terrible experiences and agreed this company is unprofessional and the staff are incompetent. If anyone is considering using this lender, please do your research and find someone else.

I normally do not write online reviews, especially if negative, but in this case i feel the moral need to warn every honest human being out theater from dealing with Ready Mortgage Lenders LLC. If you were thinking of using them for your mortgage be ready for months and months of pain of suffering. Probably the worst human organization i've been dealing with in almost 40 years of life. But let me get into the specific. first they told me I qualified for the lease but i had to correct my taxes, resulting on an extra 5K in taxes for me. After I re filed the taxes they changed what they initially said, and asked to put down more money for my downpayment, in the specific 20% instead of 15% as initially agreed. Oh and this was never a smooth process because their employees don't even have a basic knowledge neither of their industry or the technology in general. Be ready to be asked questions like "What is an app?". They also put as a condition a special payment plan between my and the IRS that simply was not possible to achieve. Literally after hours and hours of conversation between me and my accountant ($$$) and the IRS they simply told me that it wasn't possible. Because of their negligence my closing date got postponed over and over and over resulting in me almost loosing the property because the seller lost his patient. I Can not blame him. On the final closing date their notary simply didn't show up, and obviously nobody for Ready Mortgage Lenders LLC was there to assist. The only thing that was there was a cake they made with a picture of the property.... Icing on the cake a month after the closing i got an email from them requesting that the first mortgage payment was due to them, and not the financial institution they sold my mortgage to. Upon me sending the check to them, they emailed me after 1 more week, claiming that the payment was never received and threatening me to report to the credit bureau as default borrower.... In reality they changed the office just the week prior, without notifying anything to me, and resulting me in sending the check to their prior address. Do yourself a favor and simply run away from Ready Mortgage Lenders LLC

I never write reviews. But this people are really bad ! They treat you like they are doing you a favor not like you are a paying customer! They send many papers for weeks, fo us to sing without explaining any of them. Alex the guys who "helped" us has rude many times! They keep charging for different stuff not agreed on the begging! The whole process was really sketchy! We were about to stop the process of getting a loan from them so many times. They were not helpful at all it was out first time buying a house and we are not experts they made this experience awful and not wanting to buy a house ever again. The only reason we finish this process that was a hell of a ride was because we didn't wanna loose the $5k given at the beginning, but at the end we probably end up waisting more much money in random charges they made! If I could I would give them none starts! We will never work with them again and wont recomendable to anyone at all!
