So far my experience has been great. Richard the property manager has been very helpful and I appreciate all his efforts.

Yes I have to call usually more than once but if you leave a detailed message they will respond immediately.

I had horrible service at this location, I lost all my work toolboxes and all my belongings, the manager on site was letting people inside to the property to break in the storage units to sell for him. I reported the incident many times to the office and they really didn't care, it's very frustrating I was there for 7 years and nothing happened before till this manager came aboard.

Don't go to this storage if you want to ever see your stuff again. They say it's closed at 9pm but there are people roaming around inside the facility at all hours of the day, some I have seen going through multiple units. There's no way one person would have 5 different times in a week to pay on the unit. We had to get this unit cause I was injured and out of work for a while, we had all ours and our two little boys things in there. Our whole life's where in it, literally. But since nobody was ever in the office for my wife to pay the bill they actioned off the unit the next Monday since they don't work weekends. No warning or anything. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The guy in the office has been there along time. Super helpful and informative of area.

Reserved a 10x20 unit at the Wadsworth location south of Colfax. Showed up next day, received unit number and gate code. Got to unit and a bunch of crackheads had been living in it. Feces all over, urine jugs, Crack pipes, etc. Use your imagination. Called management with provided # and went to VM. 8 messages I left. No response. Had an army of people helping me that day and couldn't let them down. The unit next to mine was same size I PAID FOR, CLEAN AND READY TO GO. Having not heard back we moved my belongings into the next unit. 6hrs later I received a call from some lady saying she just got in to work and I can't just move units. I told her to bad and that I paid for a service and their was no response so I took the next one over. She became very angry and told me I needed to move my belongings into the reserved unit full of crackhead stuff. She then hung up on me.....Enjoy your experience with these douchcanoes!

I rented a space from this location for close to a year now. About a month ago, my trailer was stolen from the property. The property manager informed me that they had footage of the event happening. A police report was filed and a detective assigned. Public Storage has ignored all emails from the detective and has not cooperated with the investigation to provide surveillance footage.

I have called multiple times, spoken to the property manager and corporate. Apparently the district manager is the only one that can help, but there is no way to get a hold of him? Absolute scam.

Read through other reviews, these locations constantly get robbed and they don't do anything to help.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I think it was Richard who helped me on Saturday. It was at the 6th and Sheridan location. He made my transfer from one unit to a smaller unit as smooth as it could be.

I used the online system to move in. If I would've met the manager first I would've kept looking elsewhere for a storage. I brought my well trained well behaved dog who was on a leash inside the unit as I was setting up the shelves and the lady shows up screaming about the dog told me to "get ahold of my dog" 3 times. When she was sitting down at my side on a leash! She obviously showed up to try and pick a fight which i then killed her with kindness and she stormed off. Not the person i would have representing me and my company.

Richard was great when checking in and made sure I was fully satisfied with my unit before moving in.

When booking online, I thought "how bad can this location be?" ... Well, pretty "damn bad" and "spend your money ANYWHERE else" are the answers.

There is literal trash all over the place, some storage unit doors are left open for weeks and the units are dumping zones. I have seen drug deals happen, a human defecating between units, and almost more trash than the city dump. Its dirty, and thats an understatement. There are also NO security cameras. My 10x20 unit has exposure to the outside elements at the roofline, and this has caused my property to become wet and damaged. There are large exposed nails in the unit, I know this from physically hitting one while stacking moving boxes, and ripping a custom painting while removing it from the unit.

Please beware and stay away from here!!
